I come to this dealership to get all my service needs taken care of. Whether it be big or small, I trust them working on my vehicle. They always welcome me out of my car and treat me with the utmost respect. My particular service advisor is Cesar and he goes above and beyond for my needs. He builds a relationship with his clients which makes us only want to work with him. The way the service advisors and techs do their business you can blatantly tell that this dealership cares about their customers and we are their #1 priority. I live about 50 miles away from this dealership and have one here locally where I live. I go out of my way just to have Cesar and this dealership take care of my needs. That goes to show you that they have my business for life.

I cant recommend Ferman Mini highly enough! I have had my mini in for service a number of times, and have always been very impressed. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Charles was wonderful in October when my Mini had an engine issue, getting everything taken care of quickly and for less than expected. And Denise was fantastic at my last visit, making special arrangements to accommodate my work schedule, and getting everything done on time and under budget! I love my Mini and wouldn’t take it anywhere else for service!

After a terrible experience at a competing Kia dealership, I came to Century. My salesperson, Carlos, and the Sales Manager, John, were both very warm and kind, and worked VERY hard to get me where I needed to be. No games, no shady tactics. Very friendly atmosphere and great overall experience!
Mismanaged - My Bmw
I live 10 min from Sarasota BMW but bought from Bert Smith bc they had the interior color in stock that I wanted.
I come from NYC and I’ve owned Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, I know i set my standards high, but this place is a calamity
They released the car to me with so many little issues so I had to drive over an hour last week to bring the car back for service.
Of course, I booked an appointment
When I arrived, our salesman and the service manager were nervously making excuses for their false promises. Running around attempting to not take responsibility for some issues We were there OVER an hour and a HALF waiting for our loaner car. We were very late meeting some friends at the Dali. Then the loaner car had no gas, so our salesman took it down the street for gas. Another half hour... no organization at this place!
However.., the young man in service , Elijah Flewellen, went out of his way to try to accommodate us. It wasn’t even his responsibility. He stepped outside the box, which I rarely see. He sensed our anger and frustration and went above and beyond trying to expedite the situation. Then his beautiful personality calmed us down
He is a gem!
The other boys, Mirnes and Jordan were lovely people. They are all superb at customer relations!

Ripped Off - UnhappyJohn
I had my Toyota Corolla repossessed and rented a car in order to look for another car. I purchased a 2007 Mercedes Benz from ABC for $9,999. After I got it home within 2 months I had to put $741.00 for engine work. The people who did the work (an A+ rated shop) advised me it needed another $1,000.00 or so work done. Then I checked with Kelly Blue Book and found the car booked for around $2,500.
I gave ABC Autos $2,500 down and made 4 payments of $250.00. ABC also charged me 22% interest.
I went to a reputable new car dealer and they advised me to drive the car back to ABC and park it and leave the keys in it. I did return it after paying them a total of $3,500, $1,000 more than book value.
Sure they put me in a car when I was in need but the price of being in need was ferocious. I bought a new car with $300 down and half the interest ABC Autos charged me.
BE AWARE!!! this company preys on needy people. You don't have to be treated that way. there are plenty of good-hearted dealers out there.
