James is great serviceman. He could use a little help. 2nd visit for same problem that should be completely covered by warranty. Technician questioned as if it is something I'm doing to cause this problem although I rarely drive this car and second time in 6 months for same issue. I have a car with almost every dealership our there Jaguar, Porsche, and Lexus they all clean the cars and offer refreshments while service is being done. I would recommend some help for James. He has been as serviceman for me for years, but there is a plenty for one guy back there. Not mad because I see he is doing the best he can. He is a 5 star service rep.

Sean was great. When I called the first time very nice told him it would be the next week to look at car. Pictures were great and the car was very clean. When we finally came to Birmingham the car was as he had said. We bought the car had a couple minor issues going home and Sean said he would pay me back when I got them fixed and he did as he said. Worse dealership ever....salesman told me one thing and then denied it...said he called but no he did not. We literally sat by the phone for a week waiting to hear from him.We walked around 30 minutes before I finally had to hunt someone down. They're friendly at first but I guess according to your application and how much money they can get off your sale...they dump you and won't answer anything. I'm very sick with cancer and look bad and it hurts to be so mistreated....he got my twins hopes up and then denied he said what he did. I never met anyone else but I would never buy from them just because of Derrick.

My experience consisted of the following steps:
1. Web search for the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. www.enterprisecarsales.com
2. A quick chat with the online Enterprise representative.
3. I entered my contact information online and was contacted the next day by Jarrett Burroughs, local Enterprise representative. Jarrett explained the Enterprise process and started searching for a vehicle based upon my criteria. The search took about 4 weeks to complete.
4. I visited Jarrett at his office and test drove the vehicle and 2 other similar vehicles. Once the decision was made the transaction was completed within 45 minutes.
5. After the sale, Jarrett followed-up to ensure I was, "Completely Satisfied", with my purchase.

I don't think I have ever been so disappointed. Researched the van that I wanted. Found it online at Jim Burke, sent in a message and was called the following morning by Stephanie. Asked lots of questions about the vehicle and she had Ron the salesman contact me. Negotiated the price since this purchase was for a homeless shelter. I explained we lived two hours away and he said come on in. Spoke with him three times on the way to get a final price. He stated he would move the van up front for us. This was when we were an hour out. We arrived as stated and he pulled a different van older model more miles less amenities up. When I asked him where the van was we had spoken about he said quote " Sorry we sold it in the auction five days ago" I demanded to speak to his boss who he had been working with to get the price right. After another hour( I know we should have left) they told me they had me another van coming from Huntsville would have to wait a few days more miles for more money. After the manager followed us to our truck he said OK we will do the original price but you have to go ahead and buy it even though you haven't seen it or driven it!!! This wasted our entire day and the shelter still does not have the needed vehicle.To say dissatisfied is an understatement. I would give them a zero star if available.

I won't say bad customer service, because you have to actually interact with someone before you can decide whether you got good or bad service. After writing back & forth on the internet a total of 5 times we let them know what time we would be there. We waited about 30 minutes inside and on the lot, we tried to approach a few employees with no response. We decided to leave, as we left we stopped and told one of the sales people that we were just going to go to another dealership, he threw up his hand and said, "WELL BYE!" As it turned out they really did us as a favor because the next dealership was very glad to see us, and we bought our dream car!
