Bought the car less than a month ago. Leak from the radiator (I think). Called Keith at Enterprise to determine whether the one-year warranty covered this problem. He put me on hold for ten minutes and then disconnected. Poor customer service. Keith was not interested in my problem after I'd paid cash for a 2015 Toyota Avalon.

Seen a Dodge Challenger I was interested in. Brandon the salesman said they was waiting for the title. I said this is the car I want to purchase. Brandon Replied that car is yours, even if he had to hide the keys. I even called a couple times to check. Ran up there to check the status of the vehicle. I was told they got the title and sold it the very same day. I was not emailed or notified and they waisted my time for over a week. NOT A WAY TO TREAT PEOPLE.. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.
MY OPINION IS THIS PLACE SUCKS. CAN'T WAIT TO REPORT THE TO EVERYONE.

I've been calling and have stop by this company more than a few times. Around, August a female answered my call each time I called seeking help. She stated no one was in at the moment forward me to different vmail each time.

Bought a car and two days later the check engine light came on and took it back and drove it for two days and the same thing happened. They told me to bring it back but wouldn't guarantee they would pay for it to be fixed.

Before you buy any vehicle have it check out by a ASE certified mechanic. i was told there vehicles was inspected before they buy them. i find this hard to believe. i bought car & i had it checked out by 2 local auto shops both gave me the same exact answer.. the motor has to be replaced because it was bad..

Visited location in McCalla...they tried to sell us a wrecked car...then a car with a busted battery after we were reassured that it had been serviced. The manager from the Pelham location called us and told us to.come visit them that they would make it right. They checked my credit...knew we had no money down...showed us two cars. Called next day asked for $1500 down for a specific car. They said they would look.for something else and call before the end of business day. Never heard from them. The manager used the old "BAIT AND HOOK" TECHNIQUE. A very unethical move. Put a ding in my.credit...get people's hopes up. BE VERY AWARE
