Purchased my Honda Ridgeline from Heritage a few months ago. Had no problems initially purchase process was smooth, fast forward to today 4/15/21 and I’m without a vehicle. The problem started about 2 & a half months in when the truck alarm would start blaring for no reason at all, nothing on it, no one near it etc. the alarm would just blare. I called and spoke to my salesperson DC who said it could be the key pod & to change the battery in it, so I did. It stopped for a few days and then started back up again and the trucks dashboard started lighting up and making a static noise then it would stop and the Honda symbol would pop up. I called DC again and he told me to bring it in I was given a loaner and they had the car for about a week. I got the car back and was told they didn’t see anything wrong with it, a few days go by with no problems then it starts up again alarm blaring, dashboard fluttering and car making a static noise. By this time I’m afraid the car might explode because I have never seen a vehicle do this, I call Honda on Jonesboro Rd this time cause I don’t know wha else to do and they schedule me for the following day, but I had to take it to them that day because it wouldn’t stop. Honda diagnosed the problem and it needs a new keyless entry panel and another part which total over 1000.00$ I sent video of the problems to DC and also the diagnosis Honda sent to me and called him but he couldn’t assist because he was going out of town, I have called Mr. Rosella twice and had a message delivered to him and have yet to hear anything, in the meantime I’m without transportation on a vehicle I just bought and still have to pay for! Needless to say I’m not impressed by the product or service of Heritage Cadillac and would not do business with them again!
