Repair emissions problem - clif91569
An emissions warning light came on in my 2018 Ridgeline. I went to the dealership three times for the issue. The first two times, the truck do not “throw any codes”. Chris was the service advisor each time. Excellent service each time. When the emissions light came on the third time, I was able to drive to the dealership and show Chris. He immediately took care of the situation and had it checked out. After a minimal wait, Chris came back to me and explained the situation. Everything was still under warranty, no cost to me. He coordinated the ordering of the parts needed for the repair. Two weeks later, Chris called me to say the parts were in and ready for me to bring the truck in for repair. He already planned on a service car for me to use during the repairs. When I arrived to pick up my Ridgeline, Chris told me about a situation with the repairs and the warranty. Apparently between the time I brought the truck in for the warning light and the time of the repairs, my warranty had expired. Chris argued my situation to a Honda representative about what’s best for the customer. In the end, Chris went above and beyond on my behalf to ensure that I did not have to pay for the repairs. Outstanding customer service! I will definitely tell everyone about this experience!

Worst experience ever - Mom on a mission
Bernie Boliek was the worst sales rep ever . He made it clear that he was not interested in selling me a car . I stopped by to specifically look at two cars that I saw on the website . Instead of him showing me those cars he took me to another car lot and passed me off to another salesman that already had a customer. I stormed out of the dealership feeling really disrespected. Luckily , I found my daughter a car just in time for her 16 th birthday at EAW in Pelham .

Our sales representative was Ted Eubanks. He was very knowledgeable, and patient, very patient.
We went for a test drive and he talked about the different features, and answered all of our questions, and when he was not 100% sure he would find the answer and inform us right away. He comunicated everything we needed to know, but did not bombard us with emails, phone calls, or texts.
We also worked with Max Johnson who helped us not only to get a great deal, but to ensure we bought the vehicle we wanted. He also made sure the accessories were installed so we didn’t have to come back another day.
We received 2-3 emails from Josh Byal (General Sales Manager). He wanted to make sure we were being treated with courtesy and respect.
I would have given them a 5 star rating, but the financial paperwork took longer than expected. Other than that, we’re very please with our purchase.

Asked if the car had been wrecked was told no. Found over spray inside door panel looked up the report it said different yes for the wreck. Find this out after I had bought the car and they still denied it! Then I get to really looking at the paper work ( should have looked closer before)and they had tacked on a extended warranty that I didn’t need for $1,534.00 in the finaniceing I demanded everything back the owner could have cared less then he threaten to whoop my xxx (old guy🤔) finance guy wouldn’t even look at me? But I ended up getting my trade in back and paper work but you can’t trust these crooks at all then Steve Hatcher the sales guy said he had never looked at the car report (now they sale cars for a living really) then about 5 sales guys are waiting in the parking lot around my truck calling me names which I don’t think I can say on here and threating me unreal!!! Because they lied and stoled money from me I guess I should be ok with that very very bad exsperince please go somewhere else!!!!!!
Mistyped my address and wouldn't release my tag - Larhondah
Its been over 30 days waiting on my tag. Talked to the finance guy Chris before I went on military leave to Florida. He informed me he would call me with the tag once its delivered to the dealership. Talked to the tag office in the dealership 2 weeks later on leave to find out it was mailed to my house with the wrong apartment #??!?!?! How the xxxx they got this wrong is beyond me. My address is on my drivers license. I'm an active duty Sergeant First Class working on Fort Benning and absolutely cannot drive with an expired tag per not only Georgia law but the military will make you park your car on base and face the consequences. Horrible service clear cross the board. Unprofessional soon as you sign your name.

Get pre financed prior to going up there. They are a horrible business and doesn't represent Honda's name at all.
