Best car buying experience EVER! - Rita Crowder
We stopped by with just the intention of looking only. Barry Robinson approached us and we told him we were just looking. we asked a few questions while we were looking at the used inventory. I thought a minivan would be my cheapest choice with the most room. He offered to run some prices for us if we wanted him too. We moved over to the new inventory and he brought the keys out for us to look. WOW! the vehicle sold itself. We chose a 2017 new, Highlander! Best driving, riding vehicle that I have ever had. Best and quickest financing experience we've ever had. Barry was great! Not pushy at all. Our finance guy was also top notch. Couldn't speak more highly of a dealership! Stop by and check them out!
Steer clear of this guy. - Rhnbfh
I interacted with him once and found him to be rude and argumentative. Will not deal with him again. I took my car in yesterday and had the pleasure of working with Darryl Carothers! I am thrilled to have a service guy who is respectful and kind. I will ask for him every time!

Wonderful Truck Buying Experience - vjkmww81509
Thank you Courtney Miller and Toyota of Bowling Green for making my husband a happy fella with his Grey 2017 Tacoma Sport with a regular bed! You and your team found exactly what we needed when we asked within 24 hours. We were impressed and thankful for a positive truck buying experience! Courtney's knowledgeable, friendly, responsive sales style is wonderful. We highly recommend anyone looking for a new Toyota to give Courtney Miller a call!

Toyota Service - jalopy,gal
My service advisor was John Emerson. He was very polite and professional to me. He responded to any questions that I had after explaining what my service would include. My only regret was that the service dept. forgot to place my mileage for my next service time on my wind shield. That helps me keep track of when my next appt. will be coming up.
Don't waste your time or money - Cynthia T
Avg wait for an oil change with an appointment is about 4 hrs. Service advisors leave before car is returned, and the communication is atrocious.
Wrongfully charged me for a battery replacement and installation, a couple months later, this discrepancy was found by another Toyota Dealership.
Nashville locals know there is no reason to any conduct business here unless you want to waste your time, money, and energy trying to communicate with them.
Horrible Alignment - Danny Foust
Went for just a oil change, they told me I needed an alignment, so I went ahead and did it worst alignment ever wore the outside of the tires out fast, also after alignment started hearing a popping noise on driver's side front. Thier main concern is trying to sell tires, not help you with what you have.
