I had a great experience dealing with Russell Barnett Ford of Tullahoma. I knew exactly which car I wanted, and Jason Davis found it for a price better than the big city dealerships. They had to transfer the car from another dealership and it was here the next day. The buying experience was painless. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, at the price they said it would be. I noticed a very small cosmetic issue with the car after leaving the dealership, and Jason went out of his way to make sure it was taken care of. I am very happy with my dealership experience and they will be my first stop should I ever decide to buy a new car again.

Home of the 5 Star Experience - that is laughable! I would say it is the Home of the Worst Customer experience in Huntsville! I have purchased 2 vehicles with Ford and brought both in for simple service appointments (oil change and tire rotation) only to get both vehicles back with damage. My brand new F350 was backed into something damaging the tailgate - which they did fix. My Ford Focus RS wasn't so lucky. They damaged all 4 rims - leaving them with scratches and chips. They agreed to replace them - it took over a month but they did replace 2 not 4 as originally told they would. After a couple of calls and emails - we got those replaced. On this trip - they damaged the valve stems and replaced with ones too small. The tires kept loosing air and we had to bring it back. They again scratched and damaged 2 rims and when replacing the valve stems - used mismatched ones. I set up a meeting with Scott Cox and Bobby White to look at the car and decided on a way to fix it. We agreed on replacement of 1 rim (one with a chip) and all valve stems to be identical - yet when we pick up the car. They replaced the wrong rim and none of the valve stems had been replaced. Scott refused to talk to us and walked off leaving us standing there. If you call that a 5 Star Experience - then maybe their claim to fame is correct.

Recently shopped with Woody Anderson Madison. Normally don't write reviews, but am doing that today because of their sales consultant, Dan Proctor, was over the top friendly, thorough, and extremely helpful. I never felt pressured and was glad to get to know Dan while shopping. He has a great personality. They did not have the vehicle I was looking for, but the next time I shop for Ford, i'll call Dan.

On October of 2003 we found some manufature defects in our tires. And finding we had some vehicle information which was not disclosed be the saler for some reason.Tucker was insistant we bring my truck to Elk Valley to check the tires and in that time talked to the owner which bent over backwards to fix both problems. Great company. Recommend highly. I cannot think of enough nice things to say about this dealership. Everything was explained fully. Prices were easy to get. I did not have to give my soc sec number just to get the price. Follow up has been great. Salesperson has called more than once. I even get my first oil chanhe free!

Dan was super helpful and very patient with us. He was very thorough about helping us find the perfect vehicle. We were able to test drive cars that suited us the best, and he even gave us a mini tutorial on how to use the "gadgets" on the car we purchased! That was a huge help! Everyone at the dealership was super nice, and treated us like old friends or family. We would definitely recommend this dealership for your next car purchase, especially Dan Smith in sales!!!
