This car is Still advertised on CarGurus with the no accident category not showing 2 accident according to vin check which states it has unibody damages and has been hit in front and back and their response is we can’t tell but that is the purpose of repair but still full disclosure keeps 40k customers from getting burned

Sold me a car that had been wrecked and failed to inform me. They added a heafty finance charge to my 9K loan. Bad experience I would never purchase from City Auto. The salesman was aggressive and not too friendly. His name was "Boonie."

I drove 2 1/2 hours to test drive the truck. It was as nice looking as the pictures. Memphis had it transferred from Nashville so they were unfamiliar with the vehicle. After working with me on my trade in, we came to a mutual agreement and I was driving the truck back to Missouri. There ended up being some issues with the truck but they stood behind it and took care of everything. I am very pleased.

Terrible Experience! Jim Keras Subaru sold us a defective 2018 Forester. During repeated visits to the service department no problem was ever diagnosed, in spite of picture/video evidence of at least some of the issues. Subaru Corporation agreed that something was wrong with the car and offered us $2500.00 towards purchase of a new vehicle. Jim Keras' assurance 'to make things right' consisted of initially offering us less than the guaranteed trade-in value, then trying to sell us a 2019 Forester, passing on the price increase and 3.49% financing rather than than the original 0% finance rate. During the final negotiations 'Vinnie' kept interrupting my wife, got into her face, and raised his voice. Although he apologized for his conduct, the damage was done. We bought a Honda CR-V and LOVE IT. No more Subaru for us, and certainly no more Jim Keras any brand of car.
Worst car dealership in Memphis - Z's Z
Don't even waste your time with these liars. They do not inspect cars, and they do not stand behind their cars as they claim. Have this 370z that's 1 month old....needs new engine after being in carmax shop for 2 1/2 weeks. Strongly urge you to stay away! They don't return calls either.
