I bought a Chevrolet Trax from Jack Shelton. He went above a beyond. He was very courteous and polite. Everyone was on point there at the dealership. I got there to pick up the car, he already had it detailed and ready to go. On top of that he went and answered any questions that I had and help me set up my On Star. All I’ve got to say is it was a 10 Star rating in my book. Everywhere you go they seem to be pushy because they are there to make money. It was an enjoyable buy. Thanks, Jack Shelton for everything!!

In purchased a new 3500 chevrolet from Scott Adams in the commerical side of Bachman Chevy. Since i did my purchase its been nothing but a headache, Over 40 days to get my truck registration so my truck sit not able to worked. took the truck on a trip and came back for first service and was told the rear end was 2 quarts low of rear end grease. was told have to make another appoint a week away. More time my truck is not working. Took it to service on the appointment and they gave me rental on Tuesday. They where to remove the inspection plate on the rear end to inspect the bearing and gears ,alignment for pulling, put the tag plate holder on the front, change the fuel filter, as it 's a diesel and the truck sat for over a year on their lot. and to also change the filter on the transmission. I call this morning Friday and was still told the truck wasn't ready and told them i was 2 hours out and coming to get my truck. When i arrived the truck was being looked at, and i told them i wanted my truck. when all was said and done nothing was done except the fuel filter and the tag plate holder. They charged me $150.00 + .The fuel filter was purchased by me though them when i bought the truck. For installing of the filter 90 + dollars and 33.80 dollars for the tag holder plus an environmental fee of 10.95. They only inspected the rear end for leaks, never removing the inspection cover to check the bearing or gears.
If this a top notch service and don't recommend anyone using their service!
Still as the day has wore on after talking with my sales person who said he would have some contact me no one has ever called to fix their problem. And for those who don't know Chevrolet pays their dealer to do a complete inspection and install the extras and or repairs before the vehicle is to be sold!
So in my opinion this is not the place to go.

Sales sucked! They are so confused about what they are selling and doing! Service even worse!! My young pregnant daughter took her car in to have recalls fixed on it. Before going in car drove just fine. When recalls were done being fixed she had to go immediately to work and her car was shaking going 20mph. Came out of work and her tire was destroyed with two large punctures in the tire. Luckily she didn't have a blow out going down the road. Went to big m to talk about what happened and they pretty much blow it off said they never lifted her car, called my daughter a lier and said they had no part in it and it just happens sometimes.

Not so good - Prior to taking my vehicle in for service, I inquired about taking competitor coupons. I was told they did not but the rep asked if I was military. I told him no, but there are military in my household. He told me to have them come in with me and bring their ID - I would get the discount. Upon pickup up my vehicle at checkout, they were not honoring their word. First they told me nobody was at the dealership to process the discount, then they told me they were not going to honor their word because my name did not match the military ID. I explained what happened and they said they couldn't verify what I said - pretty much called me a liar (rude and insulting). I asked them to call the rep that told me I would get the discount. They said they didn't have a phone number for him. I suggested looking in their employee file - they found a phone number, called the rep, verified my story, then proceeded to tell me it was a misunderstanding (like I was a liar and it was my fault some how).
No apologies, no sorry for the inconvenience, no sorry to take up your time, nothing...just pay us the $1,000.00 for services and move on.
Well, move on is what I shall do - to another dealership.

Herb Kinman is responsible for the worse car buying and owning experience I have ever had...period. Avoid this place at all costs! Drive a little further and buy from a dealership that doesn't have a "C" rating from the BBB.
I've had 10 lifters replaced in my truck in 4 years. In 2015 I had 2 replaced and was assured by HKC that it wouldn't happen again, that this was a fluke. A few weeks ago another lifter went out. I called HKC and the general managers solution was to sell me a new car.

From making the appointment to service and etc. it was fantastic, they did an excellent job. We do have extended warranty on the chevy but you all do not have a copy and it should have come up as we bought it through the dealer in Arkansas where we lived at the time. Could not have been more satisfied. The young man that handled my car was professional friendly and encouraging. Way to go.

Ask service dept to put a new screen on my que system in my cadillac since the heat made it spider web this weekend, said they wanted to replace the who system for 1700.00 dollars I told them I only needed the screen said if I wanted to purchase a screen somewhere else the would put it in but dis not offer to order me one. I had a mechanic in town put a screen in for me for less than 250.00 I recogn if you don't want spend the big bucks with them they don't want your business.

2006 CHRYSLER STARTED RUNNING HOT. HAD IT TOWED TO JOHN JONES CORYDON .TOLD THE
SERVICE MANAGER TERRY SAID THAT THEY WOULD TROUBLE SHOOT IT AND GIVE ME A CALL .THEY TOLD ME THE HEATER HOSE WAS LEAKING AND I NEEDED A COOLING SYSTEM SERVICE I TOOK THAT AS A FLUSH. THEN FOUND I NEEDED A TIE ROD END AND A 4 WHEEL ALIGNMENT.I HAD THE CAR TOWED ON 02/20/18, DID'NT GET THE CAR BACK TILL 03/05/18. TOOK IT RIGHT BACK IN, BECAUSE IT STARTED RUNNING HOT AGAIN TERRY SAID THEY WOULD TAKE ANOTHER LOOK AT IT AGAIN. THEY SAID THERMOSTAT WAS BAD .DID NOT GET IT BACK TILL 03/10/18. THIS HAS COST ME FIRST TIME 1052.00 THE SECOND TIME WAS 282.00 DOLLARS AND ON 03/17/18 IT HAS STARTED OVER HEATING AGAIN. i REFUSE TO TAKE IT BACK TO THE JONES FOR A THIRD TIME.

I took my relative's car over to GM City on the advise of a cousin who bragged on the people over in Scottsburg. I'm sure glad I did. They sure do know what they are doing!
My cousin's car was making a new sound and she drove it everyday to work. She told me about it more than once, so I asked around at church. Everyone had a different idea. Finally, another cousin said drive over to see the service folks at GM City in Scottsburg. I's glad I did!
I need to shout out to Scott Nale who really helped me. I got out in less than an hour. While I was there, their General Manager Ryan Barker even introduced himself. I didn't want to leave. They really valued me and made sure everything was more than okay.
I know where to take any car I have over to Scottsburg! Again, Worth the Drive Anytime!
