This service department is by far one of the best. I was greeted quickly and my service was completed quickly. Someone came to the waiting room to confirm needed service. I also had an unusual problem and they brought a couple of people over to look at it. They do not stop until they know you are satisfied. Kathy is very friendly and helpful. I also notice the price is comparable to other service providers. Most dealerships have inflated service prices, but not here. I feel I get good service at a fair price.

Such a great experience at RCTC! I had the pleasure of working with Thomas, Jeff, Mike, and Brad (and I'm sure many others behind the scenes). Why did I work with so many people to buy my car? Because they are a TEAM! Nobody was trying to undercut anyone else to put money in their own pocket because RCTC is not commission based. Nobody shoved sale pitches down my throat about "the best car" on the lot. Each person I worked with encouraged me to consider what was important to me in a vehicle. They wanted to ensure that I picked the vehicle that suited the needs of my family, as I totaled my previous vehicle.
Also, I have never been to a dealership where each employee willingly turned the computer monitor around and allowed the customer to see the screen (witnessed this myself and with others who were purchasing vehicles at the same time). Each person encouraged me to view the screen and see the breakdown of my financing options, even with additional packages such as extended warranty, GAP, etc.
Even at the end, I was given a hug and was told "welcome to the family" and that was how I felt the whole time I was in there, like family.
RCTC is top notch. I am in love with my Mazda6 and I will definitely be doing business with them in the future! 👍

I paid cash for an SUV with only 90,000 miles on it. The engine blew up after 90 days. and now no one is available to take my calls.
And that's only the latest chapter in the fiasco in the catastrophe that was doing business with this lot:
- They were supposed to do some minor cosmetic repairs as a condition of the sale. It took almost two weeks to get it done. And when they finally did it, it still looked like crap. Despite Tim Neese (the owner) acknowledging that the work was shoddy and that "his people must've sent it to someone besides his regular guy", he did nothing to make it right... and quit returning my phone calls.
- I paid cash, but their accountant Murad still tried to force me into signing a document that allowed them to run my credit. When asked why, he said "I do the paperwork, this is what you do. Please sign." Despite my refusal to sign this "necessary" document, Murad was still able to complete the transaction.
Those are a couple examples of my experience with this dealership. I'd say save the headache and buy your vehicle somewhere else. But be careful, this guy runs multiple lots in the area.

I contacted the dealership wanting to trade in a vehicle for a truck they had. They offered me $12,500 trade in for a vehicle that KBB.com showed the trade in value at AT LEAST $14,500. They also did not reduce the price of their vehicle from the $2k over KBB value they were asking. I responded to give them a chance to work with me, but they were very short with me and pretty much told me to take it or leave it.
I've purchased vehicles from all over the country, and I've seen dealerships like this before.
STAY AWAY from them...

Purchased a Volvo S 60 in February 2017 when I took delivery service light was on Dash salesman and dealership committed to pay to fix whatever the problem was. After five dealerships, four separate auto repair shops including the Lexington bar about dealership, visits multiple phone calls to the immature salesman Clay Carol they will not allowed me to speak to management Michael Michele owner. Today's visit they denied a conversation with the owner the repair bill is 3600. Plus 180 already paid out of my pocket which I have not been reimbursed for . The salesman has made commitments that obviously he cannot keep him refuses to turn the issue over to management. I am filing a lawsuit have notified the lender and will continueon every social media available

Sales manager told me truck from online was available but when I wanted to test drive, it was being cleaned, on their other lot, and being shown to another buyer in another town; they left me waiting while being told they would call me right back to tell me what time the car would be back on the lot; NEVER CALLED BACK. I asked my son to come with me and he took off work to go with me, just left us hanging, waiting. I had talked to 3 or 4 different sales people about this truck, I had texts, emails and phone calls to come test drive. But when I asked "is the truck there for me to drive?", I was told come on in, we've got lots of trucks. I said I just want to know, " is this truck there to drive?", no clear answer except we'll call you back, never called back. I think they were just lying, it was probably too good of deal to be real anyway, just bait to lure people to their lot. Can't trust these guys.
