Didn’t go over anything just sort of rushed out the door. Last time service advisor went over what was done fluids topped off etc. for $65 I expect a little more customer service. I could do the drive through oil change or Walmart a lot cheaper

This is about a 2020 Chevrolet 2500 Express 4x4 conversion van by Explorer.
First we would like to mention that the buying experience, finance setup and execution and shipping of the vehicle was absolutely easy and stress free.
The whole title/registration execution is still ongoing and a little frustrating for military, we will update as the process unfolds. Now to the vehicle; we absolutely love the conversion, the van itself and all the options. However, since this was an internet buy, we were told this vehicle is equipped with homelink, it is not. We were told the vehicle is equipped with CarPlay, it is not. Further, the vehicle was shipped and arrived with several issues. The rear speakers don't work, one of the rear bass boost does not work, the brakes are spongy and the 4x4 gearbox is leaking. So with that said, it is obvious that the selling dealership did not pay any attention to the vehicle condition. Yes it is covered by warranty, but hey, c'mon, this is brand new and already cost us tremendous inconvenience. Not what we expected from a 90k vehicle.

I do a price watch on the car they dropped the car down $2,000 I call him back and ask him what the heck. They say oh that was an air so they raise the price back up. Then associate calls me to see if I want to sell my car. When I tell the associate what happened they said oh I will let the management now. Then when I say that's okay because I'm going to let the Attorney General know about your practices. I go back on to see that the car is now marked up to $24,000. So from Veterans Day to today November 14th the price is changed three times online and I screenshot all three of the prices within 4 days. I know I'm thinking the same thing how is this even possible. By the way this is a follow-up review from my last review. Richard

Dishonest. Husband and I took a day off work and drove 3 hours one way to test drive a 2017 GMC Terrain with 66k miles I was advised went through an “extensive inspection” and had “no issues“. Luke in sales points out the “capless” gas tank when we get there (we looked it up...definitely NOT a capless tank) and sends us on the road. Remote start didn’t function, during test drive check engine light came on, also traction control light, and a “Service Stabilitrack” light, and car began vibrating like a sketchy carnival ride. We left. What a colossal waste of time...save yourself the headache and take your money somewhere else.

This deposit was placed on the pretense that my order would placed for their February allocation of corvettes. This is now not the case and I was told my order would not be placed in February and I have no evidence to support that my order will ever be placed. Cheap Chevrolet will not offer a refund for the deposit I placed for the purchase of a 2021 Chevrolet Corvette.

Went there with the intention of purchasing a new truck. I told them what I was willing to pay & they pretty much agreed to everything. Then they ruined it. My interest rate jumped a full percentage point on a bait & switch tactic. They told me there was nothing they could do about it, so I walked out the door. Suddenly, the rate dropped half a point...but 5 minutes earlier they couldn’t do anything about it. Got in my truck & drove home. Called me the next day & refused to fix the problem over the phone. I was told we could discuss that when I came in. I live an hour away...not happening. Was finally told the truck had sold, but it’s still listed on their website...liar. Fed up with the lies & stupid games. Never ever do business with these liars & crooks.

For someone trying to find a reliable vehicle, don't purchase from Jake Sweeney! I bought a used vehicle from this location in July of 2020 and I have had nothing but complete problems with the vehicle. I bought the extended service warranty -- out of nervousness --- and when it came to taking it in for various repairs (such as an oil-burning problem, an axel bearing replacement, etc.) that are listed as "covered parts" on the warranty, they would not cover the expenses. In the end, it is all about them making a profit, not about the satisfaction of the customer. I would give zero stars if I could!

I bought a Chevy Silverado on 03/22/04 and on 03/24/04 I took it to Midas and they advised me that the 4 Wheel Drive was not working due to a part missing. I bought the truck as is however, I think that Apple should of paid for the part due to the fact that the part wasn't cracked or broke it was MISSING. I called the dealership and asked them if they would reimburse me for the part missing and they told me no. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone that wants to buy a used car. I thought that they were a good enough business that they would stand behind something like that. Now, if it had been 2-4 weeks later I would totally understand for them not to pay for it. But Midas told me that if I would of drove it 50 miles more then the whole rear end would of gone out. I am very upset and I hope people see this and decide to go somewhere else.

I've had 10 lifters replaced in my truck in 4 years. In 2015 I had 2 replaced and was assured by HKC that it wouldn't happen again, that this was a fluke. A few weeks ago another lifter went out. I called HKC and the general managers solution was to sell me a new car.
