Great Experience! - sreed1701a
Gary was very helpful in helping me choose the Chevrolet Blazer. He also was helpful on showing how all the bells and whistles work and operate on the Blazer. Thanks for all your help Gary!!
The Castrucci team has set a new standard in salesmanship. - Kenobi
From a price standpoint, I visited multiple dealerships with Castrucci's quote and none of them came close to the deal they gave. To the extent that the other guys assured me there must be a catch.
Sean and Travis kept their word, were direct and every phase of the process was clear and smooth. The out the door price was exactly what I had been quoted. At no point did I feel pressured or like I had to be on the defensive. Even the financing portion was kind of fun (seriously).
Every team member I spoke to seemed to genuinely like working there and no one gave off that "sales guy" vibe you get at most dealerships.
They will treat you with respect and stand by their word. They've won my business for years to come.

Terrible customer service - lack of negotiating - Frustated
We took our 2014 Traverse in for some warranty work. The car was in the shop for 11 days and the warranty company was only authorizing 4 days for the work to be completed. On the 11th day I received a call from the service department stating my car fell off a lift. I went to look at it and took some pictures to show my husband. We ended up purchasing a vehicle from another dealership because Jake Sweeney's general manager told me they would give us an additional $1000.00 rebate and a discount on the warranty. He told me to take it or leave it. If we totaled it on the street we wouldn't even get that. We didn't total it, they did. The car was in great shape and just needed a couple things done which was warranty work. I have the loss of the vehicle due to Jake Sweeney and then they will only sell me a car if they are profiting from it. I was the only one taking the loss and I wasn't involved in the incident. This did not seem like a fair offer or a good way of doing business.
Routine Service for My Truck - Parham, Doug826
I have taken my vehicle to Jeff Wyler several times both for routine maintenance work and for more significant repairs. I have found them to be very knowledgeable, customer oriented, prompt and most of all, honest. I did not buy my truck from them but after receiving better care from them than from the dealer from whom I purchased the truck, I will always take my vehicle to them for service and repairs. I could not be more pleased with Jeff Wyler Chevrolet service!
Fast, courteous service - atfurg
I live about an hour's drive away and walked in with the car I wanted already in mind, so I didn't expect much issue. Bill Sharp and the other staff went out of their way to make sure this car buying experience was headache-free, and worked within my situation to guarantee a reasonable price.
Within a couple hours I had the test drive, insurance signed up, car paid for, tags and the car keys in hand and I was out the door.
Facility itself is easy to access directly off the interstate. Show floor is neat and nicely maintained as well. I'd recommend going here as a first time shopper or with a vehicle already picked out. Highly recommended.
Over promised and under deliveried - Mommab
We drove almost 2 hours to look at a van that was not the upgraded model listed online after calling multiple times to verify everything was correct.
Car buying doesn’t get better - RR07
I came here after having a terrible experience with a close competitor. I can without a doubt say this was the best car buying experience I have ever had despite what some reviews on here say. I knew what vehicle I wanted when I arrived. We walked right out to the truck and were met by a salesman. He went it got the keys and set us off on a test drive. We got back to the office discussed some numbers and less than an hour later we left with our new vehicle. The staff from top to bottom were pleasant to work with, the truck was cleaned and full of gas. They were not pushy at all and the salesman explained to me that they have a much different incentive program for selling cars. It take the pressure off of the salesman and the customer. If you are looking for a new or used Chevy I urge you not to go anywhere other than Kelsey!
Worse Dealership I've ever worked with! - Patrick
Herb Kinman is responsible for the worse car buying and owning experience I have ever had...period. Avoid this place at all costs! Drive a little further and buy from a dealership that doesn't have a "C" rating from the BBB.
I've had 10 lifters replaced in my truck in 4 years. In 2015 I had 2 replaced and was assured by HKC that it wouldn't happen again, that this was a fluke. A few weeks ago another lifter went out. I called HKC and the general managers solution was to sell me a new car.
DISHONEST and RUDE - lifeistheatre
I just got off the phone and had a lengthy discussion with Chris in Sales. I bought a used car there awhile ago and the saleswoman didn't give me the extra key. I didn't notice for awhile and when I called about it they I could come in and just get one--but I'd have to come in on Tuesday between 9a-10a only. They never told me I had to have paperwork to prove I was owed a key. I work during the week and so my mother went in several times and was turned away each time because the one guy who makes the keys was already gone or too busy, etc. I then got sick and was in and out of the hospital so getting in to get another key was not on my mind. Then, when my mom went in again on a Tuesday, the time had been changed to Wednesday. Up until now, it wasn't an issue; however, I now need the second key for work. I explained this several times (although I was talked over/interrupted repeatedly) but Chris basically called me a liar and that I had to have the paperwork... that no one gave me. He was so incredibly rude and the whole experience has been a nightmare. Not only was it their error that I didn't get the second key, they didn't make any notes in their system and I now have to pay for one out of pocket. CHRIS was HORRIBLE and this dealership is NOT TO BE TRUSTED. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.
Very shady on their numbers - Awful business
I almost fell for their deal until I checked the number a little Closer ... what a waste of time 3 hrs I spent at your dealership!!! SMH
I got got up 3 times to leave and they kept coming back and when I thought we had a deal and was ready to buy the good old bait and switch came out.
I already had my financing from my bank but they had to run my credit to get me a better deal and they failed at that too.
The only thing I can say is check your numbers before you sign your name. I really wish I could leave you 0 stars rating.
Oh the love and lies promised; signing the papers. - joeyjoeb1
Wow!! I cannot wait to give my thoughts on what has happened with me, and simply for buying a new car. It has been THREE times now, I have taken time out of my very busy work weeks; to make arrangements to drop a BRAND NEW car off for services that couldn’t be performed, because of the lack of parts on your end. Really? Who buys a new car and the lever for the turn signal, doesn’t turn off automatically?! It’s very inconvenient, and actually very much so dangerous; I have had many angry drivers behind me. I was promised once, a tank of gas— Never received! I, too, was promised black lettering and bow ties, for time wasted — Never received!
This seems, absolutely insane that I have had the car over a month, and nothing has been rectified. Oh they loved me when signing the papers, tell me to come Monday for the Automatic start to be installed, guess what? No luck there, that day either. The service area, that you promised, and made it sound like it was going to be something from OZ, well it is a very dry, un-oiled, and a sadly ran machine! Honestly, it’s bordering a three ring circus! It is unreal, to me, this is what you put new customers through! Especially when they’re trying to enjoy their new car, work, juggle schedules, and I have heard little to nothing from McCluskey Chevrolet other than a weak apology for screwing another day of mine up.
They finally sent me a text: Several members of our team have let me know that they have been trying to reach you since yesterday so that they can make this right, but that they have not yet heard back from you. Please return those calls at your earliest convenience!
Not ONE has reached out, or rectified any of this still. This has been going on since 5/4/2019 today is 6/22/2019
Terrible costumer service! - Jhop
when We got to the dealership we met Austin at he salesman and he was super pushy from the start. Only asked us for the sale and nothing about us as people. On Friday night me and my wife drive a Jeep, we liked it but weren’t ready to sign papers that night since it was closing time and we had both worked all day. I asked the salesman to call me in the morning, when he did I informed him we would be coming in that day (Saturday) to negotiate a little and if I worked out we would buy the Jeep. 3 hours later when I’m on my way home from work to head to the lot I got a text saying they sold the Jeep followed by an LMAO. I got upset and texted the sales manager asking for him to communicate with me on Monday to talk about what happened and I have yet to hear from him. I would not recommend this dealership to my enemy let along a friend.
Outrageous key price - Tile guy
I just bought a key for my Chevrolet Express Van for $120!! I’ve bought 2 previous. The first was $80 + $160 for key fob the second key was $40. The fluctuations make little sense. It’s like they flip a coin to see what today’s cost will be. I complained about the cost and was told they fluctuate and there was nothing nothing they could do.
It was bad enough I had to make a trip there taking off work, due to a recall. I will not be visiting this dealership again.

I bought a Chevy Silverado on 03/22/04 and on 03/24/04 I... - robtiff4
I bought a Chevy Silverado on 03/22/04 and on 03/24/04 I took it to Midas and they advised me that the 4 Wheel Drive was not working due to a part missing. I bought the truck as is however, I think that Apple should of paid for the part due to the fact that the part wasn't cracked or broke it was MISSING. I called the dealership and asked them if they would reimburse me for the part missing and they told me no. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone that wants to buy a used car. I thought that they were a good enough business that they would stand behind something like that. Now, if it had been 2-4 weeks later I would totally understand for them not to pay for it. But Midas told me that if I would of drove it 50 miles more then the whole rear end would of gone out. I am very upset and I hope people see this and decide to go somewhere else.
