I love this dealership service department, they have always taken care of me without fail. I recently got my Corvette back for transmission problems but they fixed it and as usual my great Service Advisor Tyler Birl keeps informed on any and all issues. This is without a doubt the best service at I dealership I have come across and I have visited many different ones, you will not be disappointed trust me.

1st time visit but definitely not my last. Came in for a vehicle recall and from the initial call to schedule, all the way to the end delivery was flawless. In the initial phone contact, I was treated with respect and valued as a potential customer. The facility was 1st Class and the Service staff (Brent - Service Advisor) was excellent. They went above and beyond to help me (including the install of a part I had purchased externally and was unable to get it done myself), and offered extremely fair pricing. The met and exceeded all time expectations and the courtesy shuttle driver (Larry) was excellent. I would highly recommend the Courtesy Cadillac team to anyone for Sales, Service, Parts, etc. I look forward to my next service needs (as much as anyone can... LOL) being completed there and will be back to look at New Cars as soon as my wife’s current lease in up or I am ready to trade up.

On Vacation with my family, my 2014 GMA diesel truck had a problem with the DEF system. They got me in the next day. Found the problem fixed it , and had me back on the road. Was very happy. Nothing like the feeling being 550 miles from home and your truck will not get you home.

Ask service dept to put a new screen on my que system in my cadillac since the heat made it spider web this weekend, said they wanted to replace the who system for 1700.00 dollars I told them I only needed the screen said if I wanted to purchase a screen somewhere else the would put it in but dis not offer to order me one. I had a mechanic in town put a screen in for me for less than 250.00 I recogn if you don't want spend the big bucks with them they don't want your business.
