I went to Coughlin's Service Center after the "pro's" at Walmart turned me away. The reason I went there was to have one of my tires repaired. The manager, Doug, who I could tell was very busy, was very courteous and he told me that his crew was closing shop for the evening, but that I could return first thing the next morning and he would see to it that I would get my tire fixed.
So, I arrived the next morning and, just as he said, he worked my car in to the rotation and I had it fixed within a half hour. That was almost a week ago and, so far, my tire has not leaked out any air; so I am very satisfied. It may have cost more than what I would have paid at the Walmart auto center, but all I can say is THANK GOD I didn't let those bozos work on my car over there! My advice is to never take your car to Walmart because you have a MUCH BETTER ALTERNATIVE right across the street at Coughlin's!! Thanks again, Doug!

Had an issue with my used car I purchased at Coughlin's. Not only did Joey Davis remember me after almost 2 years did he help in the setting up of the service of my car. Then the great service department took over, quickly diagnosing my problem, handling the extended warranty claim and repairing the car to better than new service. I am a life long customer of Coughlin Chevrolet and recommend them to everyone!!

Bought my Yukon XL Denali from Steve M. in Newark (Great experience as well). It has been service at both Pataskala (horrible experience last time) and Newark (Great experience both times). I will focus this review on Newark.
Brought the vehicle in for one of the included oil changes and to have a couple minor warranty issues looked into. They were able to fix both issues and the oil change in 1/2 a day and they found another issue as well that was covered. I felt that John actually listened to my concerns instead of blowing me off like Pataskala did, which was refreshing, and I think it helped to actually get to the root cause of the issue. I would definitely be back to Newark, even though it is quite a bit more out of the way, but it seems to be worth the drive.
A side note, Pataskala used to service my Buick many times without issue, so it may have been a one time problem there as well.

Our 10-y ear-old Chevy developed some problems that could have been quite expensive to fix. I was so very pleased that Jeff Wyler Chevrolet went to bat for us to be included in a recall, and thereby they were able to make the necessary repairs AT NO CHARGE!! When I came to pick up the car the receptionist even went out to the parking lot and drove my car to the door as a convenience. Wow! They really do care at Jeff Wyler Chevrolet.

My car has an electrical problem. It shuts down completely and will do it while driving. You lose all power no lights or anything. Took it to Byers and they charged me almost $120 and because the car didn't act up they couldn't do anything. Supposedly they couldn't recreate the problem. So I had to give away my money and took the same car home to wait for it to die on us. I felt with Jake Hacker and Service Manager Mark! I was not pleased with Byers because I feel like since this is a Chevy dealership they should be able to figure this out. I will never be back and I will never buy another Chevy and I will never recommend Byers or Chevy!

I just took my Cascada in for its first oil change/tire rotation. The service representatives were friendly, funny, and very professional. Plus - there was no charge. They told me that the first 2 oil change visits are free - and I did not purchase my car from this dealership. If their sales people are as great as their service people, I will definitely purchase my next car from Coughlin!

Coughlin in London is awful. Several years ago I was in the market for a truck. I had one picked out but Coughlin wouldn't give me the deal I thought it was worth. They had one that "had just come in" and was supposedly the same as the one as I was dealing on. I made the deal. Got the truck home and on further review noticed all of the paint on the bottom rocker panels of the truck was gone, previous owner must have enjoyed speeding down gravel roads. Took the truck back the NEXT day and Coughlin wouldn't do anything, make another deal, paint the panels, nothing. Now, I've got a truck (bought from another dealership) that's having repair needs. Against better judgement and advice from neighbors and friends, I didn't wait for the awesome service department at Dave Kehl. Thought I could get it done quicker at Coughlin. Nope. Been in twice and spent a bunch of money and still not fixed. Don't buy their "best technicians in the area" line they feed you. Completely incompetent. Save time and money in the long run and make the trip to Dave Kehl or Byers. Seriously.

I leased a 2015 Silverado from Bobby layman and they gave me 4 free oil changes and tire rotation as part of the deal on June 29 I made an appointment to get my oil changed and tires done. The service righter advised me of a simple call that they would take care of would only take an hour and a half to do 2 hrs into it while waiting they advised me that Their was only one tech I could have waited longer but my time is very important to me so I asked for them to bring my truck to me and I would go elsewhere when he brought my truck up their was a lady in the parking lot who dropped her car off two days ago for an oil change and they had to put her In a rental because they lost her keys

This was my first visit to Chevrolet of Dublin. I had an appointment to have an alternator replaced. As I was driving to dealer, within a 1/4 mile, my truck stopped at an intersection. I called and talked with Mindy and then the Service Dept came to my rescue. Within an hour they had be back on the road again. These guys are the greatest. I have been a loyal GM/Chevy driver for over 35 years. Robert Meade in the Service Dept and Mindy Dillie in Parts has earned ALL my future business. Thank you Robert and Mindy!

Went to dealership because we have a 2012 chevy malibu that had a bad tire. They put it on hoist to see what was going on. We have only had this for about two months. They came back and said they could not help us because it looked like the tire had hit a large pothole or something. Now this tire was going down and we had put less than 2000 miles on it and know we had not been on any roads that could have caused the whole seam to be leaking and falling apart along with a knot in the tire. When we started to ask him about this we were told "the sales manager looked at it and it is his final decision and we cannot do anything. I am going to lower it from the hoist and put back outside". Didnt even want to talk to us and no offer to help us find another tire or anything...which we had to get replaced because the whole tire was bad. Why would you buy a car there with the service department like that. Would not recommend this dealership.
CAR WAS DROPED WHICH CAUSED DAMAGE TO TRUCK - PBINVESTMENT
THE CAR WAS PLACED ON A BLOCK WHERE IT FELL OFF AND WAS CAUGHT BY THE LIFT. THE DAMPER ON THRUCK WAS BROKEN AND NOW THERE IS NOISE FROM UNDER THE TRUCK. THE TRUCK WAS ONLY IN FOR ROUTINE MAINTENCE WHEN THIS HAPPENED. AFTER IT HAPPENED THEY TRIED TO MAKE IT A WARRANTY ISSUE NOT AN ERROR ON THEIR PART. AFTER THIS HAPPENED THEY DIDNT EVEN DRIVE THE TRUCK TO MAKE SURE IT WAS OK. THEY TOLD ME IF I HAD PROBLEMS OR VIBRATIONS TO BRING IT BACK. I NOTICED IT WITHIN 2 MILES FROM THE DEALERSHIP. THE WHOLE THING WAS TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE START. THIS WAS A 2014 2500HD WITH 7500 MILES ON IT.
