Everyone be CAREFUL of Any of the Nick Mayer places. They say they do a 198 point inspection before they deliver vehicles when buying online. After buying the vehicle this is how they check the vehicles.(pictures). I had to bring it to another dealership and they found this mess. They said it was UNSAFE. Nick Mayer dealership said they apologize about the brakes they dont know how it got past them, only when confronted, They do not stand behind what they say. They have the audacity to tell me I can trade it back for MORE MONEY for another vehicle . LOL Then they tried to tell me its a northern truck that is the way they are. I live in the south now but grew up all my life in New York area and have had many vehicles. So they tried that game also. Then they didnt know what to say. If you watch Chad Meyers video from 2018 on you tube, he says its what we do for our customers after we sell the vehicle,..... * They dont call you back * They ignore you . This will be 1 of many post. Please be aware everyone works hard for their money, specially these times.........

DANNY made my experience here great!!! My car was going to be in the shop for a few days and I needed a temporary vehicle. All of Ford's happened to be out, so Danny spent a good 20+ minutes on the phone calling all around trying to find me a vehicle I could drive for a few days at a good price. He went absolutely above and beyond. In the end, Ford got one of their own returned and I got to drive it for free.
Also, I see another comment here from someone upset that Ford didn't fill their tires with air. All you have to do is ask. I did, and they took care of all of that free of charge for me. They also did very nice cleaning and detailing that I didn't even ask for (and of course was not charged for).
I won't go anywhere else for my car maintenance.
Tire fell off while driving - tastokes
Went to the service center... Paid top dollar for work on brakes. I left and thought all was fine. Then my tire fell off while driving. They told me I needed a wheel bearing only to find out thatt I did not. They just didnt put the tire on correctly. AAA confirmed that both my back tires were loose. The other shop confirmed I dis not need a bearing and that the tire moved because they never secured it. They tried to charge me 800 more for a bearing I disnt need... Thank god no one was hurt. Please just go to another shop. They are ford but they do not have experienced techs. They claimed to do a safety inspection but my tire fell off while driving two days later and i found lug nuts on my street. The manager Tim Allgood never returned my calls or offered to make it right.

Once you are out of warranty they could care less about the relationship with the customer. Never buy a Ford truck because in three years it will rust out. The dealership does nothing to help you between you and Ford to fix the issue even while it's under warranty they wait till it's out of warranty and then you're screwed.

the experience I had at Valley ford truck was above and beyond what I would have ever expected. My salesman Tim Walik and Amy in finance went above their call of duty in getting our start up company the corrrect vehicle and best financing available. It truly helped us get started out on the right foot.
