Pat Ballard has been there for all my light checks, He is very very nice, explains what the problem may be and takes care of it what has o be done quickly. Just days before leaving for an RV caravan trip in Canada, our 2012 Silverado Duramax 2500 HD went into "limp" mode. With thousands of dollars of prepaid Canadian excursions on the line, we had only a few days to get it fixed and get on the road. Bob Willrich and Dave Braunlich were able to work us into the shop schedule and a technician, who didn't introduce himself, repaired our vehicle. It was mostly covered by warranty as well.

I am a vice president for a corporation and I have a company vehicle This is my 2nd visit for service issues I did not purchase my vehicle from Serp . I Went into have my check engine light checked on and a tire looked at and to see if my brakes needed changed . I told them I would need the vehicle back within 2 hours and Serp had it done in a hour and half. Normally a dealership would find all kinds of things that needed to be changed on a vehicle that has a 160,000 miles on it and try to rack up a big service bills, I've had it happen in the past. I would highly recommend this dealership for honesty and integrity . Most of the time companies only receive negative reviews but positive feedback is very important that's why I'm posting this barren watcher competition I want to be an R and B some artist so I did go on by a I would give this company 5 stars . I believe my service Adviser was Wallace Snyder and i give him a 10! Thank you for a very positive experience ! Twice!

My car required an expensive repair for a transmission seal. This type of repair, in my opinion, is not normal for a car with only 51,000 miles and has been maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's maintenance schedule.. This was the second major repair not related to normal wear and tear within the last year.
The service representative and service manager were very helpful and proactively brought the issue forward to GM Goodwill. Their effort, on my behalf, was successful and the cost to me was reduced significantly. and greatly appreciated.
I do want to mention that based on the last year as my car hit the 50,000 mile mark that the vehicle itself is becoming a concern to me in regards to reliability and frequency of repair from inherent design or factory installed/assembled parts. Three other members of my immediate family own vehicles from other manufacturers and have similar or in one case more than twice the mileage than my vehicle. Yet, despite their vehicles being older and/or higher mileage, their mechanical repairs have only been associated with normal wear and tear.

Purchased a 2016 Malibu from this dealership in January of 2017. Purchased it used with only 12,000 miles on it. June of 2017 the accelerator pedal goes out on the car, but is replaced under the warranty.
Flash forward to February 2018 and the same accelerator pedal issue occurs. Covered under parts warranty. The kicker however is that upon inspection of my vehicle it is found that my headgasket is leaking. While it is covered under the powertrain warranty, this is the 3rd issue with a car that is barely 2 years old and has less than 50,000 miles on it.
Due to my credit, they cannot get me out of this car at the Hyundai dealership, and I am underwater on this lemon. Star far away. This was the 3rd and last car I will be buying from Marhofer, as they won't make it right when they screw you over and sell you a lemon.
