Recall of 2018 X3 - Clem Kissling
I had my 2018 X3 serviced last week by BMW of Westlake. It was easy to make the appointment and brought my car in a few days later. The customer service staff were very friendly and informative as to the nature of the fix and approximating the pick up time. As it turned out, they had my car repaired in about an hour and called to let me know it was ready for pick-up. It was one of the best "no-hassle" service repairs I have ever experienced!

Just routine service for our car. We make an appointment for 9a on a Saturday morning. One lone dude writing up service orders! He is trying to be friendly but.... good grief the managers here need to schedule better! I realize this is their busiest time, but if you can’t service people in a timely manner then do not make the appointment... we got here at 9 for our appointment and at 9:30 we still haven’t been able to check in with person to write up our service. Waiting 30 minutes just to check in!!!! If this is any reflection of the service provided here I will not be back. Finally, 45 minutes later we have dropped off our car for service. I have never had this issue at any other dealership.

I must admit, in the past I have not always had a good experience at Ganley BMW of Middleburg Heights but I had a superior experience recently. Cassie, and the entire crew, at Ganley BMW were extremely helpful and professional from start to finish. A great representative of the BMW brand. Thank you!!!

I have owned multiple BMWs spanning over the last 8 years. This BMW dealership had always given me the worst customer experience. Their service department is atrocious- overselling combined with lack of courtesy and sincerity. They push you hard for services you don't need and tries to lord their "expert" knowledge over their customers. Their sales department is below average at best in providing a good inventory and/or proper shopping experience.
