Cain BMW experience - Michael C
My name is Michael and I am from Pittsburgh Pa and was in the market for a bmw for my daughter. After spending many hours searching for the right car for her and speaking with many dealers in the Pittsburgh area I came across a car that fit my needs at Cain BMW. I called them and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Eric Meyer. He was by far one of the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. After speaking with him and coming to an agreement by phone I drove to Canton the next day to purchase the car. Eric met me there on his day off, and also preparing for a wedding and honeymoon just a few days later. He then turned me over to another outstanding member of the Cain team by the name of Paul Sauvain. What a great and helpful person! They were prepared for me and made my buying experience one of the best I have ever had. The car was in perfect shape and extremely clean. The dealership was also a very comfortable and clean environment, and their inventory was fabulous! Not only did Paul have me in and out of there super fast but he managed to find me a much much better lending rate than originally quoted. To go to the extremes he did to make my experience the best is not something I personally am used to and did not experience at my local Pittsburgh dealerships. Being out of state naturally was a concern I had but they made it effortless! I received my Pennsylvania license plate and registration in the mail within one month of my purchase. I didn't even have to go the my local DMV. The treatment I received was first class and top notch! They were extremely courteous, kind and genuinely caring. Even Bob Weaver in the parts department went above the call of duty to accomodate my needs! What an amazing team they have at Cain BMW. If I ever buy another BMW I will definitely make the trip to Cain BMW again and again. Thank you to everyone at Cain BMW.

Just routine service for our car. We make an appointment for 9a on a Saturday morning. One lone dude writing up service orders! He is trying to be friendly but.... good grief the managers here need to schedule better! I realize this is their busiest time, but if you can’t service people in a timely manner then do not make the appointment... we got here at 9 for our appointment and at 9:30 we still haven’t been able to check in with person to write up our service. Waiting 30 minutes just to check in!!!! If this is any reflection of the service provided here I will not be back. Finally, 45 minutes later we have dropped off our car for service. I have never had this issue at any other dealership.

I must admit, in the past I have not always had a good experience at Ganley BMW of Middleburg Heights but I had a superior experience recently. Cassie, and the entire crew, at Ganley BMW were extremely helpful and professional from start to finish. A great representative of the BMW brand. Thank you!!!
