This is our third car from Klaben Ford and the second one we got through salesman Louis Polos. Louis is great to work with. He listens to what you need and want out of a car and does not try to push you into something else. He is very accommodating of your schedule and makes himself available, even outside of his regular work hours, which we really needed this time around due to kids, work, and helping elderly parents. We will definitely work with him and Doug Lewin, the Sales Manager, again, the next time we need a car!!

My problem with Spitzer is more of a problem with Ford. I just spent almost $800 to replace a radio in a car with 5k miles on it. Before that. I paid to allign the wheels on a car that was practically brand new.
I may consider a Kia for my next new car.

I ordered a new 2019 Edge ST from Aurora Ford on Aug 31, 2018, I was somewhat disappointed I couldn't get the interior the way I wanted it because of the method by which one interior is all that available for that model. The build date was Nov 8, 2018, I was promised the car by the end of November, when I called December 10, 2018 and inquired where the cas was? They couldn't find it! I canceled the order!

We had an issue with my husbands 2008 f-150 which was rather expensive. Jeff (the service manager) talked to us and worked out the problems with a very polite, pleasant and professional manner. I have had some bad experiences with other Ford dealers and I was pleasantly surprised to find a dealership (especially the service dept) that really talked to us and helped us get the truck fixed. I dont give recommendations very often, but I would definitely recommend Park Ford Service Dept to anyone who needs work done by fair people !

I purchased a 2017 Focus ST brand new at the end of 2017.
A year later the car felt mushy, lots of body roll, however no leaks or excessive noises. Seems like a common concern from all the reviews I’ve read. If you want decent handling for more then 12 months don’t buy ford. Keep in mind this car was advertised as one of the most fun to drive, stiff suspension, better handling, performance-oriented vehicle in its class.
I came in to an appointment for a suspension check. When I arrived, I found out there's no service adviser available for my appointment. Except for the service manager. I was explained he was there in his day off, that's why the casual attire (shorts, T-shirt). That's ok.
He offered to ride with me in the car (one block around the dealership where the roads are very smooth). The car made no noise. So, I suggested i would take him on the highway. That’s where all customer service was lost. I was suggested on an arrogant tone to go get a 4-wheel alignment and if they suggest strut replacement, then he will put it on a lift and check it for leaks and so on…. I wanted my dealer to check that for me. He was telling me the car doesn’t feel like new because its broken in (this car does not handle safe anymore!) …
Apparently unless I’m buying another one nobody is willing help. A car wash is only a wish on a Saturday (its closed), but they advertise it. I kind of expected a loss in customer service after the sale is complete, but this was more like…. “It’s my day off, I don’t feel like seeing customers go pay for diagnostics somewhere else”.
I don’t regret anything, the purchase price was good, so good luck to them, they won’t see me there again. Stay pink Autonation Westlake 😊
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - hmmmx3
Liberty Ford Parma Hts is ineffectual and incompetent. It was unable to complete a warranty repair correctly, yet lied and claimed it was complete. They billed Ford for the repair and have never once responded to all of my calls and emails requesting repair completion of the AIRBAGS. The people who I called were the Service Manager and General Manager. They won't even call you back! Do not go to Liberty Ford Parma Hts, members of the general public! You will be ripped off and will not receive good service! BEWARE!!!! WARNING!!!!
