Took my car in for service. Oil change tire rotation and back brakes,but I kept hearing a funny noise in the front of my car. They checked it and told me it was the stabilizer pins. So I had those replaced. Took the car and still heard the noise. I called the dealership and he apologized and told me to bring the car back. The service manager test drove the car and acknowledged the noise was still there. I made a appointment to bring the car back. They discovered it was actually the front brake calipers. He replaced both sides at no cost to me. I appreciate the fact that they acknowledged they made a mistake and stood by his work and word. I would definitely recommend this dealership to any Nissan owner for service. Thanks guys.

Can't get my car fixed, then can't get anyone to answer phone in over 20 minutes at service. Hope they're training cause nobody answers phone, so I'm stuck with a car that won't start cause problem I took it in for 2 weeks ago is now worse. Just a back handed way to stick a customer with another deductible payment from the service contract program. Bet anyone 100 bucks they will "find" another issue that wasn't there last time.

I was on the fence about a new car and couldn't decide on Nissan or Toyota. After looking at the car profiles online, I thought I would go with Nissan as I disliked the grille on the Toyota's. I made a good choice. I worked with Quinn Sassone and he helped me make my decision with no pressure at all. He showed me the models I was interested in, I took them for a test drive and made my decision. I believe I got a very decent price, the deal was made and I went home with my new Nissan Sentra. Quinn was a great help and made me very comfortable. Got a decent price on my trade-in, too. All in all, if you are looking for a Nissan and hate the "buying a new car" hassle, I recommend seeing Quinn. A nice, accommodating young man. I love the no pressure way of doing business. Very satisfied.

Not even 3 weeks after filing for bankruptcy and I am finally in a reliable, affordable, gorgeous car! I work my xxx off and I deserved the chance to get behind the wheel of a nice car! Thank you, Zach, Natalie, and Tara for giving me that chance!
These three were no-nonsense straight shooters!! As a mom of three with a full time job, I appreciated these guys for respecting my time most of all! They were all very transparent.
Being that I lived further away, Tara made it easy for me to work with her over the phone to get things moving.
The salesman, Zach, that was there to work with me when I arrived was great too. Zach immediately picked up on the anxiety I had over thinking of dealing with some pushy salesperson!! He cut right through the all that and went to work.. making sure to answer all of my questions completely!
Lastly, I dealt with Natalie for all of the finalizing. She was the cherry on top. She treated me like a real person. Made sure to skip the jargon and break it all down without making me feel belittled or unintelligent. That's always a plus! She did everything she could to make sure the finances of it all fit my lifestyle.
So.. either I just got very lucky finding this place, or there really are decent people left in the auto industry! I know this is where I'll be buying from moving forward!

Also tried to get her to purchase new brakes and rotors for a car that has less than 19,000 miles on it. Taking advantage of a 25 year old girl. No confidence or trust. Buyer beware when going here. They should not be in the used car business. I have bought many vehicles from them over the years. I will NEVER EVER go here again. The car I purchased was not in their possession for 24 hours when they had it listed. No one ever looked the vehicle over to see if there were any problems. I purchased it on Thursday 6/4/20 and it was in their garage 6/8/20, 6/15/20, and 6/22/20 for it not starting right away when you turn the key, the check engine light came on, and the gate bracket drops into place when the gate opens. Josh from Service actually told me that they are not equipped to repair GMC vehicles. They claim the bracket on the gate dropping into place is normal (it is not). They cannot find anything wrong with how it starts. It takes 30-45 seconds to turn over when you try to start it. So it was back in again on Thursday 3/4/21 for the same issue. Again, "we can't find anything wrong with it". So they kept it over the weekend. I had to call for an update on 3/8/21 for again "We've been starting it over and over today and it's not doing anything different". They drop it off. I go to move it and it won't start. If you cannot fix the cars you sell, then you shouldn't be in the business. Not to mention the condescending tone Josh uses to talk to females. If I was a male, he would not be speaking to me in the tone and mannerism he does. DO NOT BUY OR USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT

When we purchased this 2017 Rogue Sport; I asked for a case of oil filters to be available for pickup, when we picked up the Rogue. Suprisingly no oil filters were available!
Over a month ago I tried to buy four wheels for this Rogue. The parts department keeps giving excuses and has put me off for over a month with really lame excuses. Now this all wheel drive SUV is sitting in the snow covered garage, because it has no winter tires. The parts manager is ducking me and is really good at giving out bald faced lies.
Go elsewhere and avoid the hassle.
