I can't rave enough about this place. The salesman you want to talk to is Robert Rowan for sure.
I got in touch with Robert based on his reviews on cars.com (5/5) and that review certainly undersells his integrity. I had been searching long and hard for a good deal on a limited edition Supra, and made the hike all the way from Washington D.C. because of Robert's promptness, honesty, and straight shooting. There were other deals on the table from several dealerships in within my range (Looking at you Boardman, OH 👀) but their service and sales people were the slick talking, pocket checking, sales people that created the stereotype.
...You won't find that at Cain Toyota, and you certainly won't get it from Robert Rowan.
Within a week we discussed options via text messages, financing, delivery/pickup options (I chose to pick it up) and he went out of his way to make himself available to me after hours if I had concerns. Because I chose to pick the vehicle up, I had to book a rental that I dropped off at the nearest airport - thinking "I'll just have to Uber to the dealership when I get there".
Robert & Cain Toyota wouldn't stand for it, and picked me up from the local airport in one of their service rentals.
I definitely walked away feeling like I got the best deal for my money and ABSOLUTELY the best on service and salesmanship for certain from Robert. I hope the others were paying attention to him because this is how it's done.

Call twice, and made an appointment for 30,000 check, asked the cost both times, under $80 which included oil and tire change, Got there, and was handed a "Toyota Factory Check List" before the techs even looked at my Corolla. The cost of this service was $401.57, which included a throttle body service, replace wiper inserts, add balance car, battery service, etc.. Why wasn't I told this when I called to make appointment. Greg stated that the appointment (women) people were new and didn't know the routine. I needed all these services before anyone looked at my car. My son also was upset with the unneeded service before they even touched the car, and he was a Toyota tech at another dealership. Refused all services except oil and tire. I called my writer when I got home since nothing about the thread on my tires were on the statement given to me. Greg, never returned my call, so I called the national customer service department in Tennessee. I told them that this dealership was scamming older women. I will never go back to Bedford Toyota for service or to buy another car.
When home, I called two other Toyota dealerships in the Cleveland area. Asked about their 30,000 service. None of the dealerships quoted a Factory Service fee of $400. I was quoted between $60-$90 for the oil and tire change.
Toyota of Bedford should be ashamed of themselves.

Constant errors with billing (including collections calling me), plate issues, and a handful of false promises. I would not recommend Jay as a seller, he’s very arrogant and belittling. Dave (the owner) stated he would call me back in ten minutes. We left the house and drove all the way there (Two hours) to find out the car had already been sold...
