Best Car Buying Experience - Daniel & Bethany Peer
My husband and I went to Alex with A Plus Auto Sales based on a referral from a relative. We are extremely satisfied with the service and vehicle we received from A Plus Auto Sales. The car was even better in person than the pictures online. We flew from Denver, Colorado to pick up our vehicle and it was well worth it! We have the peace of mind that we bought a quality vehicle! We will be back when its time to replace our second vehicle!

Best DANG car buying experience ever !!!!! - Donnie Wilson
I honestly don't know how purchasing a car could be any better, ( short of paying me to drive a nice car away free). But my recent purchase was almost as good. I Called Rallye Motors to inquire about a car I had seen in an ad. Dan was very helpful, and I made an appointment to see the car the next day. Needless to say I was very impressed with car, Dan's knowledge, and professionalism. Very pleasant experience, and I highly recommend this fine dealership.

Professional, Friendly and Efficient folks to work with. - Cowboy Bud
Samantha Crabtree made this a wonderful truck buying experience. I knew I wanted a Ram but hadn't decided on a Year model , whether 1500 or 2500 and what options. Since I was so busy with my life, Sam shopped for good deals I might like and emailed to me. I finally took time to decide on a newer 1500, crew cab Laramie. Fortunately, the truck I liked was in Columbus and was brought to Cincinnati for me to inspect. The deal was closed when I was there and I picked up my 2018 Ram the next day. Sam, Kim and everyone else that helped are great to work with. I have referred Enterprise Car Sales several times. Thanks to All.

Best Car Buying Experience Ever! - medic
My wife and I dealt with Brad, Jason Meier and Doug Bieller. We went on Thursday and left to do some research ourselves and returned on Friday. All three men were very pleasant and easy to talk to. No pressure from any of them. We thought we wanted a Town & Country van, but did not like the ones they had. Brad suggested a Quest which we had not heard of before. Brad owned one himself! This van was very nice and had lots of room in it. It was perfect! The price was in our ballpark and we also feel we received a fair price on our trade-in.
The paperwork process was quick and efficient. Jason even recommended the best place for the loan on the car with a great interest rate and no penalty if we pay it off early. It was a better rate than our credit union. It was quick and easy.
My wife and I felt the people cared and were willing to help us get the best price on a vehicle we will like to drive and enjoy. Thank you to all three men for a great experience.

Never Shop here - bellv94
I bought a vehicle from Midwest Auto Center in Florence Kentucky last August. I recently went back through my paper work to figure out why my loan was about 5,000 dollars higher than it should be. Came to find out that they added charges to my loan without my knowledge. They added a premier service contact to my loan of 2,430 dollars. They have also added another 2,000 dollars of “Other charges” to my loan. I was never told about any of this and they added it to my loan without my knowledge. Fine. So I went to their website to try to find emails so I can email my sales person and asked him about all this. Came to find out that the only contact they had was to send them a message. No employee nothing. Just send them a message. So I did. I had asked about the service contract. I contacted Service asking the same thing. Them my sales man contacts me through email. His name is Kevin. He was asking me what I needed. I told him I needed information about this Premier Service Contract. I have the emails saved for all this by the way. I gave them my address and asked that they mail a booklet and information on the Service Contract. I got it the next day. However, they also sent a paper that I would had signed when I was there back in August agreeing to this contract. The paper they sent me does not have my signature on it nor does it has the dealers signature on it. So I messaged back my sales man asking him to mail me a copy of the live ink copy of this contract. I just want proof that I really did sign this stuff. I also asked him about information about this tire and wheel protect. I also asked him to give me information on this 2,000 dollars of extra charges. I started emailing on March 26th. It is April 23th and 20 emails later I still have no got my information I requested. They are giving me the run around. Told me that it was mailed to me. But them mailed to the wrong address. I was a car sales man for a month and these people use the same system as I did. They have my address saved in their system. Plus, I even gave them my address at least three different times. The one that they claim they sent it to my neighbor’s house. Only problem is my neighbor would had given me that when they got it. So they never sent it. I even asked my neighbor and he told me he never got anything from Midwest Auto Center. I just wanted information on this stuff and they have failed to produced it. I had asked back in November about my title. No response from them. I asked for it twice. Then I went downtown Cincinnati to get my title. These guys are failing to produce the paper work I had requested. They are giving me the run around. I have an associate’s degree in Criminal Justice and this sounds very fishy to me. Like I had said they added things to my loan without my knowledge. I had asked them time and time again to mail me the paper work. Instead my sales man said he will email me the paper work. I check my spam folder time and time again and nothing is in it pertaining to this. I have all emails saved up. I had looked in the ratings and reviews on google and found a few similar comments as to what I am going through with these guys. I have asked time and time again for manager's email and he would not give it to me. I caught him in a lie too. I have contacted the Kentucky Attorney General and hopefully they will check these guys out. Still waiting for the paper work. They said they sent it a 4th time. But we will see. 2,000 dollars in "other charges" that they are not disclosing is very fishy. Everyone you need to be careful about these guys. Look over all your paper work.

Avoid This Place!!! - thesnuffy
I went with my 18-year-old? son to buy a car from here. They were pretty friendly but a couple of weeks after owning the car we ended up having to put a new engine in the car because it blew a head gasket after overheating. The mechanic who looked at it said that there was definitely an issue that was hidden which caused the engine malfunction. I DO NOT recommend buying a car from this place and you will see other reviews talking about mechanical issues after buying cars from here.
Stay Away! - Len
I bought a car back in September and experienced pressured sales, an extremely rough 3 years old car, and an unprofessional sales manager. Super loud unprofessional music playing while at sales desk. Guys talking about customers behind there backs. These guys didn't look or sound like professionals. Really a low class used car lot. Stay Away!
Do not buy from here - Tnap22
Bought a car that broke down on my way home with it. Dealership said bought as is and would not help with costly repairs. Drove 1000 miles and had to put in 6 1/2 quarts of oil.

Beware not a true Auto Retailer - JAHCSH
Where to begin…I decided to utilize social media other traditional outreach efforts to family, friends, press, elected representatives, law enforcement and regulatory officials to document my horrific experience with Drivetime and Bridgecrest Acceptance Corporation (DTB). They hide the that DTB is absolutely related and instruct employees on both sides to lie about that simply fact. Bridgecrest was formed two years ago as the exclusive servicing Agent for Drivetime. My wife and I bought and financed a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder with 17,000 miles. Terms including my trade in and finance rate was competitive. Plus, they are close with a dealership on Beechmont about 5 miles away. OK, a summary of my disastrous experience is as follows:
? During the closing my wife and I signed a mountain of (T&C) legal documents. It took 3-4 hours to process
? Contacted DTB and requested I be sent a paper bill/invoice…they refused
? Told their normal and preferred method of Bill payment was though auto withdrawal providing them access to my bank account, routing and ACH numbers. I don’t do that
? First payment was due on 4/1. Received notification via e-mail on 3/27 regarding pending due date
? Though Huntington Bank Bill Pay system I set-up Bridgecerst as a Payee to my account and first payment was sent on 3/29
? Huntington Bill Pay system is excellent. Normal payments are received within 48 hours. However, Bridgecrest was not a recognized entity so a check was sent via mail. In my experience this takes 3-4 business days
? Received e-mail on 4/3 no payment had been received. I thought nothing of it thinking that the check simply had not been processed through their internal systems. HUDSON xxxxxxx!
? CRICKETS, CRICKETS, CRICKETS no communication from DTB. Perhaps I should have taken the imitative to make sure everything was in order.
? 4/18 @ 3:30 AM My wife screams out our car is being towed from our driveway (private property).
? No documentation, driver just had a repo order on an Ipad. After some back and forth the car was towed to Recovery America in West Chester 513-942-3222. No Address could be found. But West Chester is about 40 minutes away
? In total shock after a meeting at 8AM I went to the closest Huntington Branch on Red Bank Rd. to work to resolve the problem and get my car back.
? With Ben from Huntington on the line called DTB in Tempe Az and was told they never received payment, account was closed and in receivership. Huntington had clear records that a check was sent on 3/29 but it was never processed/cashed. We double checked address and account reference numbers were correct. That meant nothing to DTB
? It was explained very clearly to me by DTB that I had only two options i) Pay full amount which is about 24k today or try and buy the car back at auction
? Shoot I decided to get this resolved and transferred the needed funds from my Huntington Home equity account to my checking account for immediate payment
? Ben from Huntington told DTB they could immediately process a simple bank wire transfer in the full amount that was owed. That was rejected because DTB needs to protect themselves from money laundering thieves like me and Huntington Bank
? Huntington then offered to issue a cashier’s check and e-mail them a notarized copy. They would send overnight via certified mail from the branch.
? Response from DTB was a certified check was acceptable, but it would take DTB 14 days to process the payment and during that time it was likely my car would be sold at auction. At this point I may have lost my temper and with a burning headache used some “salty” language at the bank branch. Quick Thank You to Ben Valentine, Relationship Banker at Huntington on Red Bank Rd who sat with me for 3 hours doing everything possible to work through this problem.
? Over the next 3 days I was lied to multiple times, sent to Wal-Mart to do a check transfer of 24K (ridiculous). That did not work and ultimately made 12 different payments on my debit/credit.
? Last day I called to make payments their systems via Western Union Financial were down so they could not process payment and release the car which was now at the DTB dealership with license plates removed….why?
? Decided to cancel my planned meetings downtown and meet my wife and brother in law at the DTB dealership. When they still refused payment, I called the Anderson Twp. Sheriffs Dept and reported my car stolen. They responded immediately.
? Finally, after a couple of hours they released the car to me, but it would take DTB 6-8 weeks to process closing paperwork and issue legal title for MY vehicle. That is unacceptable
Almost done, believe me this is just a snap shot documenting my experience with Drivetime and its sister company Bridgecrest. I will write a full dossier in memo form later today and create a Google Doc link to post. I am interested in talking to Cinti based attorneys; need a mechanic to find and remove a GPS devise in my F%$ing car and need some guidance in repairing our credit status. Most importantly, per my experience and research Drivetime in association with its sister company Bridgecrest is a subprime lending financial scam posed as a legitimate auto used car dealership. I welcome connection from anyone who wants/needs more details and encourage folks to: like, share, post, tweet and spread the word. I really believe DTB works to expedite these situations to steal vehicles and build inventories. What if my situation was different or I did not have the means to transfer funds from a local bank, or as my daughter Mary put it…What if you were poor? The more I think about it, the more PISSED OFF I GET!!!! So, I am not done.
