BUYER BEWARE!!! I will never purchase another car from here, especially a used car. Everyone but the finance guy in incompetent. They have me test drive with a spare and tell me they sent out the wheel to be fixed but would be back in 3 days but took 13 days and the most frequent answers I got to any of my questions was I don't know or I'm not in charge and that's me calling them cause you know they never called me to keep me in the loop. Then I talk to the manager, several times, about how I felt there was no professionalism and he said give him a chance to make it right but guess what, he didn't do anything to even try to make it right. I said how about some gas and a quick wash and a $50 card or something and he basically blew me off. So then I get to looking at the other wheel and the manager says sure, I'll have my mobile guy come out and work his magic. Don't hear from him in a week so I call and he says oh, just talked to the guy and he said he can't do anything to fix it and again, no offer to try and makes things right. I should have listened to my friends and never dealt with them in the first place. The only reason I did was because they had a specific used car I've been looking for but they were states away. It would have been worth driving over 1,000 miles just to feel like a dealership cared and was professional and did things right so go there at your own risk. I've warned you. Time to call Corporate.

Certified Preowned f150 had a smell a short while after we bought it. Dealer cleaned it again. Smell came back. Found out the roof was leaking and headliner was covered in water stains. Called service, they knew exactly what it was, a defect. Took it in for repair, they charged us $87 to fix it and didn’t replace or clean the headliner. I have left 2 voicemails and no returned calls to me. Service guy just said he understood and was sorry and walked away. We have never had such horrible customer service at a dealership.

I immediately called Curry Meece at Advantage Ford and within 24 hours, he showed me the next car my mother would own. Took truck to get 1st scheduled service done, dealership removed 3rd seat from rear of MY truck, then put MY 3rd seat into owners EB Expedition Demo to sell it that day. I didnt notice until 2 days later, called dealership, salesman stated it didnt come with 3rd seat. Bypassed salesman to talk to General Manager of dealership, went back and forth with Gen Mgr for 10 months. Dealership found very used cloth 3rd seat that was far from a match. Filed lawsuit for new replacement 3rd seat. settled out of court for Dealership to purchased NEW mathching Eddie Bauer tan leather folding 3rd row removable seat that was originally manufactured with my truck anyway. Problem resolved and it took countless calls, threatened litigation, and ONE YEAR OF MY TIME. BLUE OVAL CERTIFIED MY ASS. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND MY WORST ENEMY TO THIS PLACE.
