Germain Cadillac service started by providing a friendly person to greet you and take your car right on the spot. All I needed to do was give them the keys and off to the mall I went. When they were finished with my car they called and said I could come get it at my convenience. When I picked up my vehicle all I did was sign a paper and they handed me my keys. It was definitely friendly, fast and efficient!

I have purchased one new Cadillac from this dealership. I wasn't pressured and they found the Cadillac I wanted from another dealer. It was one of the best car buying experience I had. Recently I needed service on a Cadillac I had bought over the internet. They were very friendly, done excellent work and gave me a loaner car. I drive around 95 miles, one way, for their excellent service My service advisor was Hunter Alsip. He is a great asset to the company.

I just took my Cascada in for its first oil change/tire rotation. The service representatives were friendly, funny, and very professional. Plus - there was no charge. They told me that the first 2 oil change visits are free - and I did not purchase my car from this dealership. If their sales people are as great as their service people, I will definitely purchase my next car from Coughlin!

When I purchased my new Cadillac CTS-4 I ordered under body and noise cancelling protective coating service. I took the car in this morning. Jeffery Wright the service writer greeted me promptly and courteously. He took care of the paper work very quickly and paid considerable attention to the importance of my schedule. The service was completed very professionally and in the time promised.
As I was checking out to leave Service Manager Dale Boreing came out introduced himself to me and told if there is ever anything he can do to make my experience any better just let him know. This provided me the confidence that my needs will be handled.
I realize I have options for my service alternatives but based on my experience I will go out of my way to go back to Bill DeLord Autocenter for my further needs.

Professional team that always takes care of our vehicle needs. They take the time to listen to our concerns before they start their work. They stand behind their work and follow up to make sure everything went as it should. They have never tried to push unneeded work on us. Check them out and you will not be disappointed.

Friday I scheduled an appointment online for service to be done on Saturday at 9am. My wife dropped the car off Friday night yet they couldn't find the appointment in the computer but said they would be able to get to it on Saturday. They would need to run a diagnostic check to start things off. Saturday around 12:30pm comes around (they close at 2) and still no word. We called them, Toby said the car was in "working" status and would call at 1:30 with an update. At this point we told them we would have to have the car back because they are closed on Sundays and my wife needs her car for work during the week. 1:40pm, no call from the dealership so I called them and was told the service advisor would call me back. 1:55pm I receive a call from Toby saying they were slammed from yesterday still. I asked the obvious question of why they said they would be able to get to my car today. He didn't have a good answer. I asked how far they got along with it and in way too many words told me NOTHING had been done to it. No rentals available, No solutions presented. If you dont need your car for multiple days, liked being lied to, need a car babysitter, and/or like calling to make sure you wont be stranded without a car...then this is the service center for you. I personally don't like being given incorrect expectations especially when I had an appointment scheduled. Complete waste of our day, especially when we could have taken it elsewhere to be fixed. Be weary, don't waste your time here. There are other local Cadillac dealerships in the area with better reviews and now I know for good reason.
