Germain Cadillac service started by providing a friendly person to greet you and take your car right on the spot. All I needed to do was give them the keys and off to the mall I went. When they were finished with my car they called and said I could come get it at my convenience. When I picked up my vehicle all I did was sign a paper and they handed me my keys. It was definitely friendly, fast and efficient!

Chris is service is so helpful and always treats me and anyone I send there with the best customer service. The first time I had brought my previous vehicle before my new lease here (Colorado) in for a power steering and radio issue. He made sure I got a rental truck like I wanted and the turn around on getting it fixed was very quick! They fixed issues other dealerships couldn’t (even though they said they did or didn’t try) and I was very impressed!

We bought two new vehicles from Greg Bell. Sales, Service, and Repair has been done at Greg Bell, with our other vehicles, prior the Auto Centers proved less trustworthy. Work was unsatisfactory. Greg Bell is trustworthy, and gets the job done right the first time. In sales we got the best deals when purchasing new vehicles. Matt M. Mark T, and Brad in Repairs have been honest and forthright, helpful and courteous even when I ask a silly question. We had two deer hits, the repair dept. Did an excellent job, the service dept. is courteous, and gets the job done right the first time. And I found the salesman, the best. Knowledgeable, doesn't try to force a sale, works with you to get you the right vehicle at the best price-- unlike some competitors. I have no regrets ever in choosing The Bell Chev. We tried the others, we'll stick with Greg and Brad Bell.

I have purchased one new Cadillac from this dealership. I wasn't pressured and they found the Cadillac I wanted from another dealer. It was one of the best car buying experience I had. Recently I needed service on a Cadillac I had bought over the internet. They were very friendly, done excellent work and gave me a loaner car. I drive around 95 miles, one way, for their excellent service My service advisor was Hunter Alsip. He is a great asset to the company.

I just took my Cascada in for its first oil change/tire rotation. The service representatives were friendly, funny, and very professional. Plus - there was no charge. They told me that the first 2 oil change visits are free - and I did not purchase my car from this dealership. If their sales people are as great as their service people, I will definitely purchase my next car from Coughlin!

As the owner of a local Driving School, I often take my vehicles in for oil changes. Sounds simple. Some time ago my personal vehicle went in for an oil change and I ask to make sure all fluids were topped off, 2 days later my low washer fluid light was on...most recent was a company car, ask to have 3000 mile reminder on sticker not the usual 5000. Also ask for front tires to be checked and topped at 40psi rears at 35. All were set at 32. Sticker was for 5000 miles. Had them add air and redo mileage sticker and it came back at 7000. Service writer said "hes been doing this for a long time, musta overlooked it". Makes me wonder what else gets overlooked.

After dealing with bill Harris and Sunnyside Chevrolet on a brand new 2016 Chevy Silverado 3500 dually ltz Sunnyside beat them by 1700 on price . I had a couple of small issues with my truck so I scheduled it in with bill Harris for warranty service. After being their for 35 minutes Blake tells my wife that we have to get the issues resolved from the dealerer where we bought it from. So I called Blake and he told me that they will not service my truck because I didn't buy it from them. They are an independently owned dealer and don't have to service it. Lol how good is a factory warranty if dealers can pick and choose what vehicles they will work on. So I contacted GM customer service and they confirmed that was true. Bill Harris can refuse warranty work on any vehicle at their discretion. So much for taking it to any dealer to have warranty work performed. I think I will reconsider my options next time I spend 67k on a new truck

I was not at all pleased with my experience with the service department. It was a very lengthy process in which the end result was not satisfactory, nor did it solve the issue with my vehicle. I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Do not trust the service department, and especially Mike.

When I purchased my new Cadillac CTS-4 I ordered under body and noise cancelling protective coating service. I took the car in this morning. Jeffery Wright the service writer greeted me promptly and courteously. He took care of the paper work very quickly and paid considerable attention to the importance of my schedule. The service was completed very professionally and in the time promised.
As I was checking out to leave Service Manager Dale Boreing came out introduced himself to me and told if there is ever anything he can do to make my experience any better just let him know. This provided me the confidence that my needs will be handled.
I realize I have options for my service alternatives but based on my experience I will go out of my way to go back to Bill DeLord Autocenter for my further needs.
