Within two years I had to replace The starter and fix the air conditioner. They offered to do nothing for me and corporate refused to do anything for me as well. My father always swore that these guys were the best and most honest people in the car business. I took his Tundra there for a repair. They tried to charge me 10% over list price for the part and then tried to upsell me a brake bleed for $139 for a job that REQUIRES a brake bleed. I guess they didn't know I spent many years managing a Toyota store and had already looked up the parts and labor when they tried to rip me off. I'll be buying and servicing in Fishers from now on. I do not tolerate thieves.

Ordered a part for our Honda. We had researched it and questioned whether it was the right part. We had to keep calling them to see if the part was in they never called us. We went in and guess what it was the wrong part!!! Then several calls from them wanting a 100% rating. Promised free car wash certificates that never came. Very unorganized! Do NOT recommend.
