Had an issue with a 2019 Expedition XLT that I was going to purchase. Drove it on a Friday and made a appointment for Monday to potentially buy the vehicle. Came back on Monday only to discover that it had been sold on Saturday. Needless to say I wasn’t very happy. I walked out and went to the nearest coffee shop to gather my composure. A few hours later Mike Blaettner sales Manager called to try to clear up this misunderstanding. This man spent the rest of the day looking for another similar vehicle. So between Mike and Jon Marquardt sale representative they came up two Expeditions with four purchasing options for my wife and I to choose from. At the end of the day we left with a 2020 Expedition Limited and a fantastic deal. Jon went out of his way to make sure the vehicle’s were at the front of the store running and ready for a test drive. I highly recommend Greg Hubler Ford. Very friendly professional employees.

I will absolutely never do business with Ray Skillman ever again. Took my car to Ray Skillman in Martinsville because my power train light came on and I have a warranty. Took them 2 days of waiting for a diagnosis just for them to send it to Townsend Transmission. My warranty only paid for 10 days of a rental, which should be more than enough time for a transmission shop to rebuild a transmission. I heard excuse after excuse as to why it wasn't done. At the end of the 10 days, Ray Skillman told me that if I didn't turn my rental car in, I would be responsible for paying for it from that point forward with no other options offered to me other than just be without a car and wait. At that point they said it wasn't done because of a delay from the warranty company and part availability and it would be done within 2-3 days. That was almost a week ago. I called my warranty and that was not the case, they said it was handled very poorly by the dealer and that was the reason for the delay. I asked for a loaner, and they said they don't have any at all anymore. I asked to speak to the service manager and I was told he wasn't there and was offered no other solution. I have a job. My daughter has appointments she has to go to. I take my daughter to school in the mornings. I need my vehicle, and this is just absolutely unacceptable. I understand that things happen and part delay happens. BUT the fact that this delay is completely out of my control I would expect they provide me something to drive since this is my primary vehicle, and by the time it finally gets fixed (supposedly) i would have been without a car for 10 days with zero solution other than to wait. Every dealer i have ever dealt with has ALWAYS offered a loaner of some sort if I am going to be without a vehicle for an extended period of time. I dropped my car off October 4th, and now i am being told it will not be done until Friday or Saturday maybe. Never again will I do any business with Ray Skillman. This has been the worst dealer experience i have ever had.

I called Andy Mohr Service Dept. today and even though they were so busy, Mike said to have our driver stop in and they will hook it up to diagnose the issue and they resolved it within minutes and our guy was back on the road! You don’t come across this too often but I just want to recommend them for their hospitable service!

Brandon Reed was our finance manager and he show us several different was to save money for future repairs and made a few phone calls right in front of us giving the banks a hard time about getting us the best rate possible which he did! Also he was very knowledgeable in answering all our questions which we had so many lol being our first F-150. Evan after a couple of days he called us to see if we had any follow up questions which I have to say I had never had that happen before so needless to say I was very impressed. I highly recommend this place to anyone that looking for not just a good vehicle but great service!

A few years ago, my mother was in an accident; her car was totaled. We were told she had four days to find a new car. I immediately called Curry Meece at Advantage Ford and within 24 hours, he showed me the next car my mother would own. Mr. Meece made buying a gently used car the best possible buying experience for my mother and, frankly, the ease at which he made the process is one we will ever forget. They have treated us as if she is the only customer Advantage Ford has. (I'm certain they have many!) If I hadn't just leased my car, I would have purchased from Mr. Meece and his company. They are and will forever remain true to their customers and are a great company to work with!!!

Our Ford Windstar has run fine. We've had absolutely no problems. We took the van in for a recall repair. Matlock Ford kept it all day. It is between 1/4 to 1/2 mile from our home. Our van didn't make it back to our home. We called and the owner's grandson came and looked at it on the side of the road and said it wasn't their fault and there is nothing he could do. He didn't bring it in. He didn't put it on a lift and have it checked, he just looked at it for 3 minutes on the side of the road and said it couldn't be their fault. We had recall repair to the back axle and the problem is in the front... but when he started describing what he did he said they were underneath the feet of the front seat. It was very disappointing and very bad business. At least call a wrecker, take it back, diagnose it and THEN bring us in to show us EXACTLY what was done during the recall and EXACTLY why it couldn't be your fault. SImply diagnosing it from 3 minutes on the side of the road isn't good enough.
