Came in during 2,000 mile cross country trip for check engine light and found out that engine needed replacement. Had no choice but to buy new car. Caleb Bloom was very helpful and got me into a 2021 Tucson. It will be my wife's new car and I'll get her 2015 Sonata Hybrid. She loves it. Also a plus is that it came with tow hitch. My wife is handicapped and this will be very helpful for transporting her scooter. Thank you Caleb.

Buying the car was no problem at all but dealing with the service department is the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to get my car fixed.... they treat you like crap ... trying to get someone on the phone is a hassle... and once you do Get to talk to someone they lie to you ... I bought a car from them and in 9 days the engine light came on so I return it to be fixed... they kept the car for 5 days telling me everyday that the guy was looking at it ... (who needs to look at a car for 3 days) and so finally I get a call to come and get the car and they tell me the bill is over $400 ... now remember I bought the car from them 9 days before the engine light came on .... so after HOURS of going back and forth about me not paying for service to a vehicle that I purchased 9 days before... they finally released my vehicle... so exactly 28 days later the car does the SAME thing.... and here we are now going through the same process.... avoid doing business with these people... they treat their customers like crap
