Always outstanding service! They are efficient, friendy, and work hard to accommodate my busy schedule. I have worked with Bernie for 10 years and he is always making my service needs his top priority.

Returning customer, sales staff was great. Once the sale was complete, the desire to take care of the customer dropped considerably. Within a few days of my purchase i noticed a decent oil leak from my vehicle. Took a few days to get it back in there due to work and snow storms. When they inspected the vehicle, it was confirmed my rear main seal needed replaced and wanted me to pay $1050. I was told it's an "as is" sale and "this happens sometimes when buying a used vehicle." I understand to a certain point but this leak didnt just happen the day i drove off the lot. Willingness to accommodate or work with the customer seems to be a constant struggle. As for now I will not be returning for another purchase and will continue to warn others about the treatment i received from this location.

We were out diving in are 2021 new GMC diesel Truck and a systems failure came up on our screen. We drove to Tom Naquin to see what the problem was. The gentleman at the desk said they couldn’t help us and they had no opening for two weeks to even look at the truck. They did not offer a loaner vehicle or offer to help us in anyway. He made us feel that he didn’t want to be bothered with us. So we took our vehicle to another dealer and they went above and beyond to help us out.
The finance department misrepresented the “wrap around... - Michaelhoppenrath
The finance department misrepresented the “wrap around bumper to bumper warranty” when they omitted the fact that I would be financing an extra $3450 for said aftermarket bumper to bumper warranty. Only upon trading the vehicle in six months/3k miles later, did I find out I was in fact charged/financed for an aftermarket warranty. The general manager and the finance department both responded by stating; “well you signed the papers”, I sent an email to the general manager requesting documentation of the “deal” on the vehicle and left a voice mail, no response. When the pay structure of the finance manager is incentivized (meaning they benefit financially) to up sell warranties, its no wonder they omit or misrepresent material facts. Had I known I was being charged for this extra warranty I would have declined. This is shameful behavior expected from a no name shady used car lot.
