Best car buying experience I've ever had! This was my first brand-new car purchase from a dealership and I had some anxiety about how things would go. I had heard horror stories about how other dealerships pressure you and how they take advantage of customers. I can honestly say I did not feel any of that with Brooke or Heart City Toyota whatsoever. Brooke was very welcoming and made buying my Corolla easy and comfortable from the moment I walked through the door. She was extremely honest and helpful as she made sure I was aware of all my options regarding financing and any warranties I might want to consider. I had no issues and all of my questions were answered before I even needed to ask. Also, I cannot remember the name of the gentleman who did my financing paperwork, but he also did a wonderful job working with me. He explained each document and went into detail when explaining the best way to take full advantage of my warranty coverage. I really appreciated how he broke things down so they were easy to understand. I highly recommend Brooke and Heart City Toyota to anyone looking to buy a new car - especially if you are looking for a stress-free experience.

The general manager worked with me to get a deal we both could live with ...BUT I really want to send a pat on the back to Jake in service - no, not the Jake from State Farm - but the Jake in service - he was super helpful. I am not related to Jake in any form way or manner, but that guy deserves a pay raise !!! I spent most of my time with Bill, the salesman who was a pleasure to work with. I was very happy with purchasing a car from him. Everything was great until finance came into play. I then dealt with Socrates, the financial manager. When going through my finances, he told me one APR which I thought was high but I ultimately agreed to. It wasn't until I got home that I realized he snuck in another even higher rate on my paperwork without fully disclosing it to me. He also stated that this was the best rate he could get me even with my father cosigning, who has an excellent credit score. He stated that my credit score (which is average) didn't allow for his to really matter that much. This all took place after being at the dealership for 3 hours so I wasn't as vigilant in my review of finances with him. Overall I am very happy with the car that I got as well as my interaction with the salesman, but feel like I was given the run around when it came down to finances.

I’d give this place no stars at all. Our sales man was great but upper management was horrible. Service was unprofessional. The manager cursed at my father and I. Had to get my car detailed twice because they did a horrible job. They didn’t even send over my registration to take it the dmv to get my new plates. Had to call twice for them and they told me they just did it that day and to go as soon as possible due to my temporary plates going to expire soon. Overall horrible experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to get screwed over!

I found the car online and was just going to test drive and look but in just a short time I was making the dal and left feeling so good about the whole experience!! Returning customer, sales staff was great. Once the sale was complete, the desire to take care of the customer dropped considerably. Within a few days of my purchase i noticed a decent oil leak from my vehicle. Took a few days to get it back in there due to work and snow storms. When they inspected the vehicle, it was confirmed my rear main seal needed replaced and wanted me to pay $1050. I was told it's an "as is" sale and "this happens sometimes when buying a used vehicle." I understand to a certain point but this leak didnt just happen the day i drove off the lot. Willingness to accommodate or work with the customer seems to be a constant struggle. As for now I will not be returning for another purchase and will continue to warn others about the treatment i received from this location.
