We are from out of state. We saw a pickup truck on Al Deeby's web site that looked really nice and reasonably priced. We called salesman, John Parry for information . John was very helpful and professional. The truck seemed just right for us. John answered all of our questions and worked with us as we were getting out of state financing arranged. He even had a driver meet us at the Detroit airport the day of purchase. John along with Allison Cartier walked us through getting the out of state title work papers in order and everything went smoothly at the NC DMV. All I can say is, "It was worth the trip"

This was my first time purchasing from a dealer (all others in the past were private sales)...and I gotta say, it was a very pleasant experience with this dealer! Tyler was my salesman, and was very friendly and never really came off as someone who was pushy or "in a rush to get me out the door." Got an excellent deal on a 2015 Dodge Dart with low miles, and it was well worth the 1 hour 15 minute drive to look at and eventually purchase the vehicle. Sales process was good overall, despite some of the inconveniences due to COVID, which everyone is doing their best with right now. He made sure to offer additional warranties as well, which I'm sure they're told to do during any car buying process, but he moreso just brought it to my attention rather than being pushy about those incentives. Very good experience overall, definitely worth checking out! So far so good with the vehicle I purchased!

First of all, I want to say that Purchasing with the sales team is AMAZING.
Just don't EVER work with the service department. Take your vehicle ANYWHERE else. I have had nothing but problems with the electrical system in my Renegade. Every time I go in for service I'm told that they found nothing wrong, but that they did a "software update". Which never fixes anything and I'm inevitably back in for the same "service" again within a couple of weeks to maybe a month. Literally left their building yesterday around noon after being told there was nothing found but a software update was done, and today my brand new radio (installed on September 8, 2020) no longer works correctly. Took it in for service on a seat belt and when I got it back my windows wouldn't roll down. They either have no idea what they're doing or they don't care enough to actually diagnose properly. Incredibly frustrated and dissatisfied. Will never recommend the service department and will actively steer people to other locations for service.

Took my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited in for a recall. I mentioned to the service member that my check engine light was on, and provided the code. To my surprise the service member charged me for a diagnostic check.. Confirmed the code, and provided an estimate that exceeded 2,400. Was charged $130 for the diagnosis that I provided. I would no recommend this dealership for service. When asked about a detailed report, it confirmed the exact code provided, without additional details. This experience has left a negative impression and will not continue business. As a Mopar enthusiast, I will not purchase a gladiator from this dealer and will support surrounding dealers instead.

I was in search of a car for my 16 y/o. I’ve been searching high and low from Grand Blancto Detroit. Visited dealership after dealership only to walk out feeling defeated. After passing Huntington Ford many times, I stopped one Sunday to see what they had on the lot. I saw a car that I knew my son would love. It looked nice inside and out. I called on Monday to get more information, and I got Greg. Greg was the best. He did not pressure me to come drive the car or force it down my throat so he could get a sale. He was patient and answered the million questions I had. Needless to say, I bought the car not only because I loved it(I loved the other cars at the other dealerships too), but because I received exceptional service.
