While I appreciate that this repair was covered under an extended warranty, I was not happy when I picked up my truck and found greasy hand prints/foot prints on the front bumper, hood, driver side door panel, steering wheel and center console. Did not expect to have to de-grease my vehicle after picking it up at the dealer!

Service writer did not fill out any paperwork, so when I picked up the truck, it said nothing about either drivability concern.
Called the next morning and got the info from the writer - should not have had to do that.

Steve’s European treated me with the greatest amount of respect and honesty. From the moment they answered my phone call to set up the appointment I knew they would be earning my business. Not only is my vehicle domestic but it has aftermarket parts that can make it quite difficult to work on. JD was my service advisor and he assured me that this would not be an issue. I was greeted promptly upon arrival and JD had me all checked in and ready to head out in just a few minutes. They had everything taken care of quickly and with expert care. They even went above and beyond to take pictures to show me what modifications they had made before and after. I will definitely be using their services in the future. Thank you all!

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone , the service is horrible along with the communication , every time that I have dealt with this dealership my experience has been very unprofessional no one returns your calls to let you no what is going on with your car you call the service certain and all you get is the run around and a lot of different stories , they will close for today and no will notify you concerning your car and you are left to figure out how to get to work or how you are going to take care of your business without transportation , I will never come back there for service or refer any one to do busy at this location at all I have made written complaints as verbal complaints and all you heard is that I am sorry and sometime sorry doesn't get it ,I had to miss work today because I have no transportation I was not offered a rented or anything I will never do business with Ed Rinke again in life I am done.

Service was okay. Couldn’t do what my Car needed. I had a warranty and they changed it after I had to get something fixed. Very poor customer service on the salesman end of the deal. He sold the car and didn’t worry about me after having to come back twice for what is now seeming to be a lemon. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They are inconsiderate and only care about their checks, not your satisfaction.

I am beyond frustrated right now. I took my 2016 CTS in because my check engine light came on and Autozone put it on the machine which came up with multiple codes (per the direction of service tech at Lafontaine I took to Autozone and the codes included transmission and electrical system amongst others). I took my car in and received a loaner. I had multiple other issues and since it was a lease I told the tech about all of them as well as I was due for an oil change.
I received a call that my issue with the trunk button not working was a result of a water leak in the trunk. I have now been accused of having the trunk lid worked on and they have PROOF that it was tampered with. Since I lease vehicles I NEVER take my vehicle to outside shops. I have basically been called a liar by the dealership and told that if I do not pay for the repair that they will forfeit any further warranty work. On top of that my car could continue to have electrical issues since there is a leak. Also we were given a CT6 loaner and after hitting ONE pothole the tire and rim were damaged. My CTS is now being held hostage until we pay $950 to replace loaner rim/tire. We do not have that money. I have a loaner SUV and they want it back ASAP.
The dealership states that they "are trying to work with us", yet their definition of working with us is that we pay $1210 and they do nothing.
This may very well be my last Cadillac and we have owned 4. This is the worst. My husband does not appreciate my posts since he is a GM employee, but I feel like we need to get some respect in this situation. I pay a lot of money every month to have a reliable vehicle and this Cadillac has had MULTIPLE issue and I have only had it for 1 year and less than 3 months.
A Year Long Nightmare - ABiers
My year long experience with the Body Shop and Service Department at Todd Wenzel has been an absolute nightmare, to say the least. I went to Todd Wenzel after I was rear ended in July of 2017 based on a friends recommendation. Their body shop took 3 months to "fix" my car and when I initially got the car back it was apparent that they did more damage than was originally there. Their Body Shop manager at the time, Rick, was absolutely useless and refused to fix any of the damage that his repair team had caused. My back seat was broken after they had removed it, there was a huge gash in the hard plastic of my steering wheel, and they had scratched my rear window and tried to tell me that it was from my snow scraper..? These are just a few examples. The interior paneling in my back seat just fell out today and I realized that it was only held up with some thick type of adhesive. That seems to be a low standard for "Certified Service Experts". I have also been waiting for a call from Todd, the service manager, because he was supposed to be ordering me the hooks for my truck that they took out and never put back in.
I have fought with Todd Wenzel for so long and it is so exhausting. All I ever asked of them was to fix my car the right way. This has been an awful experience and all I can do at this point is warn people about this dealership. Under no circumstance would I ever have anything repaired there.
This ongoing ordeal with Todd Wenzel Buick GMC of Westland has been far worse than the actual car accident itself.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Had a $35 coupon for Dexos oil change. Told me I needed a new air filter. Bill came to $100. I asked them to double check and they said it was correct. Wife later reviewed invoice....charged $44 for the oil change, $24 for air filter, and $40 for tire rotation (used to be free with oil change). Called up there and they apologized that we were overcharged for the rotation. What about the oil change? They took $4 off for that instead of $9. Rotation should have been $10 instead of $40. They also took two of my tire caps. This isn't the first issue I have had with them but we are done! My husband is disabled and it takes a lot for him to get out to get an oil change, but to be ripped off and to come back for the refund of the overages plus a $10 off coupon. They certainly are not Jim Waldron GMC any longer - He valued his customers, didn't rip customers off, and gave back to the community. Will not be returning! I will drive as far as I need to in order to obtain good customer service!

First time had oil change and tire rotation, I have a 2015 acaida they only put 24lbs of pressure in all tires I noticed all were low and they had to bring it back in to put pressure of 35lbs in all tires. Second time oil change filter and tire rotation they did not rotate tires but said they did, I know that they did'nt rotate them because one of my tires has a blimsh in it that's how i figured it out then had to take it back to have the tires rotated. Talk to Mr. Zuber but all he could talk about was the blimsh on my tire.

I had my first oil change done on my new car, which is part of their service plan. Now the car shakes. I was told they don't balance the the tires after they rotate them. Also, that it's $49.95 to do so, which is more expensive than the tire companies charge. I have bought other cars from them, and never had this problem. This will be my last car that I purchase with them. Their service staff was not helpful, only my salesman attempted to help. It's not like it's a close drive for me to go there either, and take time off from work. Also their "free" car wash is not so. It covers an undercarriage wash. You have to still pay extra to get a real car wash.
