I was over miles on my previous lease and started to panic back in May and ended up doing an early lease pull ahead settling for whatever 2018 Dodge Rams we’re still available on the lot. Needless to say I walked out with a 2018 quad cab and I have always had crew cabs because I have 3 kids. Over the past 2 months I had just felt unsatisfied with my truck, so I reached out to Chrysler and my Dealership salesman Loren Zeidman to express how unhappy I was about my new lease. Loren and his Sales Manager were actually able to work with Ally and get me out of the 2018 Ram and I to a brand new 2019 Dodge Ram Big Horn V8 Hemi. We went to Surburban Volvo to buy a car for my son (1st time driver). We are really lucky to meet Jhin Hur who has lots of knowledge on all different kinds of cars and helped us to sort out choices. I end up bought a Volvo XC60 for myself and gave my old car to my son. Jhin also helped me to program the high tech function of the car (ex. Garage opener, navigator...etc) and willing to help after the car was sold as a friend. I would highly recommend Jhin to work with when you buy a car. On our way to a concert at DTE on Friday my 2017 Ford Focus RS experienced an engine issue. We were traveling from Ann Arbor and googled the nearest Ford dealership which was Suburban Ford of Waterford. I limped the car to the dealership arriving at 5pm. I explained what happened to Matt Lingenfelter and he immediately got one of his Techs (Brian) to diagnose my problem. Brian had us back on the road in less than 15 minutes after detecting and repairing a PCV hose that had popped off. Brian had stayed late on a Friday to do my repair. When I asked Matt about what paperwork I needed to fill out, he simply said have a nice day and enjoy the concert! As a 30 year retired Ford Engineer, Matt and his team and the Suburban Ford of Waterford Dealership have proven to me that we still have dealerships willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction! When I walked in, I was greeted by Stan, who asked me what I was interested in. I told him I was interested in an Alfa Romeo Giulia Ti Sport, so he found one from the lot to let me test drive one. I initially brought my boyfriend's 2017 Fusion to Royal Oak Ford (the place of purchase), for an oil change and tire rotation. I had phoned them in advance to make an appointment and was told I could just bring it in for those services. When I pulled in there were several cars in front of me and an employee asked what I was there for. I told her an oil change, and she said, "not today, if you don't have an appointment." I explained what I was told over the phone and she apologized and told me that I had been misinformed. She recommended that I take it down to Suburban, that an appt. would not be necessary there. Well, I did just that. I was greeted with a smile from Ms. Blaize Bailey and was told no problem, not, "not today". I was in and out of there in approx. 45 minutes. From start to finish it was an excellent experience. Thanks Blaize and Suburban Ford!!!

Jay Douglas was very patient and helpful as I spent nearly a year looking at and test driving several new 911s, including base, turbo, and GTS models. Although I ended up buying a certified used turbo from out of state, I have great confidence in the sales staff at this dealership and would not hesitate to buy new or used from them. A good friend of mine purchased a used 911 from them and was very happy with his experience as well.
Since purchasing my turbo, I have had two non warranty service experiences with Porsche of Ann Arbor. Both wear somewhat unusual requests, including steering wheel swap and deactivation of the power steering plus feature. The dealer had not done either of these before, but the service manager, Phil Kaiser, and the service technicians spent a lot of time to do the jobs correctly without overcharging me. The steering wheel swap and reprograming took around 4 hours. From what I read on porsche forums, this is about average time for a dealer that has not done it before, and people where generally charged for the actual time spent. Porsche of AA charged me book time of 1hour.
I feel fortunate to be a Porsche owner, and very lucky to live near such a great dealership.

I had a recall on my 2009 volkswagon routan. I was having trouble finding a dealership to correct the recall. Many times I tried but was told the parts were on back order or it would be weeks till I could bring my vehicle in. When I found your dealership, one call and I was able to drop my van off that evening and the next day picked it up. Brandon followed up with me that evening to ensure the part would be there and again when it was completed. He was polite kind and professional.

As with other car dealers I had purchased from, I expected the experience at Dunnings to involve long-drawn-out negotiations with the dealer trying to get every last dollar they could for their product. When I presented them with the online estimate of how much my trade-in should be worth, they didn't hesitate to agree. and that's what they gave me. Amy was friendly, yet entirely professional and knowledgeable about the product, an Outback. With all the new safety equipment available, new cars are becoming more and more complex, but Amy seemed very interested in making sure we understood all of the capabilities. We left the dealership with our new car about an hour after closing time. Amy had already put in a long day, but still she called us on the way home to make sure we knew how to use the car's Starlink system. Dunning Subaru also provides customers with a return informational visit where usage of all the equipment on the new car is re-explained and any new questions you have are answered. Amy provided several follow-up e-mails and phone calls asking if we were happy with our purchase or needed any further enlightenment.
With Amy Conner, we didn't feel like we were dealing with a salesperson, but rather with a friend. And the Outback, so far, seems to be the best car we've ever owned (6600 miles on it, including a trip to Florida). Amy Conner and Dunning Subaru are a winning combination.
