I've always been treated like a customer and. It a number - Trev8474
This dealership will treat you right and make sure that you're taken care of. With that being said and reading other reviews I can only wonder what the entire story was....
Treat people including Salesman how you want to be treated and things will work out great.
it was different. - ray

Got the car I wanted - Cbmurch
This is the second car I have purchased from this dealership. As before everything went smoothly. They go to considerable effort to find the exact car you want. No pressure to buy something on the lot. No pressure to buy extras you don't want. Very friendly low pressure staff. A well run dealership.
Pointed out rebates that I didn't know about.
Best purchase experience ever! - Goose0702
I met David Baldini at another dealership a couple of years ago and had a wonderful experience. So when my daughter needed a new car I found him at Randy Wise. And again, an amazing experience! David is not only honest, but reliable, responsive and friendly!! He goes out of his way to assist in making your car purchase a simple and smooth process. He has my business for life, if you need a great salesman, he is your guy!
Saved the day! - CYNDY AND BOB FROM GR
On a recent visit to Midland we had problems with our newly replaced wiper blades sticking. With rain in the forecast all day,we stopped at the dealership to have it checked. The service manager, Bill, took the blades off, confirmed that they were the right size and kept on investigating until he found a problem with the clip holding the blade, replaced it and sent us on our way AT NO CHARGE!
Thanks, Bill. We appreciate your service and courtesy.
Worth the long drive - ChrisGeer
I was looking for a pretty specific truck and found they had one listed. Called down before they opened and got RJ on his cell phone. Told him I was driving 4 hours and already on my way. He was ready when I got there and the truck was what he said it would be. RJ was no BS when asked questions about the truck and it's history.
RJ and manager Ken were great to deal with and joke with while making the deal. I had my own financing, but Kieth was still nice to talk to and offer me other options if I choose to. Other employees I ran across were also very polite, (holding doors and greeting me hello)
Pricing was great and they took pride in keeping the prices low.
The drive was worth it and I made it back home 4 hours away in time for dinner with my new truck.
I would recommend anyone to Milnes without hesitation, and I will probably make the drive again for my next one due to the prices and service.
Rather disappointed - Greg
I see a lot of complimentary reviews here but this won't be one one of them. Sadly, my experience with Moore's used car area was less than satisfactory. It wasn't completely disastrous but it could have been a lot better.
I recently purchased a used Acadia from Moore Motor Sales in Caro. The salesperson assured me that he knew the previous took care of this car. I really question that statement now. We test drove it and were jokingly (?) told we could even drive it 20 miles. Well, with the amount of gas left for the test drive, that distance would have been pushing it. Anyway, there were some, what could have been, large issues that were noticeable and I feel they distracted from a complete evaluation. When you're getting warnings flashing at you, it does take away from the driving and evaluation experience. This is a big complaint of ours. It feels like a magician using distraction so people don't see what's really happening.
They did take care of most of those issues but right after the car was returned to us we discovered the a/c wouldn't cool, the auto start didn't start, the vehicle at times still struggles to start (the battery was supposedly checked) and the back-up camera didn't work.
I realize that it is a buyer beware market but a huge reason we went to Moore was because of a family history with them. We would have figured they would have inspected a car before for the basics before accepting it as a trade. I do know that if this is an example of what they feel a taken care of car is, they need to question the people they know more in depth instead of taking their word for it.
I will get my purchase repaired to what it should have been when it left the lot. To be completely honest, I know I overpaid for this but it was what I was looking for. Seriously, if they would've had those distracting issues resolved before our test drive, we more than likely would have done better at inspecting the Acadia. Considering we were told those were minor issues, they really should have been taken care of before sending it out. A fix of minor issues would have changed my rating.
Out of courtesy, we sent this to Moore days before putting it here in order so they would be aware of what was coming.
By the way, I still expect my additional key and FOB that was agreed upon.
Just disappointed - Chad S Greer
Our 2017 Escape was in for a small accident. Took 2 weeks due to a back ordered part, not Imlay City Fords fault. My issues with them though include multiple non returned phone calls, they promised a vehicle to drive and never came through, rude customer service when I could get my service guy on the phone, and they left greasy hand prints all over the inside of my car. I will not be back.
Poor follow through. - Emilyjob
I purchased a Ford Escape used for my Daughter in June of this year. I purchased the vehicle with the understanding that a area missing paint on the driver's side rear wheel wheel would be painted. I also pointed out rust bubbles on the passengers side rear wheel well. I would purchase this vehicle if both were repaired. The dealer wrote up a we owe sheet in the contract. Here it is late October and the vehicle was never repaired properly. I myself and my daughter made numerous phone calls and asked when we did talk to a live person for a callback and or text. Of the at least 20 calls may e more was only replied once. I did talk to the general manager name of Josh. He himself promised follow through and it never happened. They did ouck up the vehicle and had it for nearly 3 weeks. They did supply a rental car, but when they delivered the escape back they didn't leave the vehicles keys. My daughter had to call them and they drove back with the keys. The drivers side rear well was repaired properly but the passengers side hadn't been touched. In my 62 years I have never given a bad review but Wow this dealer deserves it. I feel this segment should be used in a training seminar on how. not to treat a customer. Sincerely Gerard Batrow
told to get out - tazmaster76
I have to give them 1 star i cant give a negative 5. I was told to get out of the dealership when my Grand Cherokee was appraised way below blue book and the appraiser just that. he told to get out and threatened to call the cops on me. I would never come back to this dealership if that is how they do business. I have never been treated so poorly in my life.
Time wasting and disappointing - Melissa Schulz
We stopped into service with our 2014 Ford Explorer LIMITED. Told them that the back up camera didn't work and the rear lift gate didn't work. After 5.5 hrs we stopped back in only to be told that yes. The camera and rear lift gate were in fact broken. It will be $1100 to repair. We said forget it. Then they said they couldn't find our car or the keys. We were told that we would have to wait half hr for the techs to return from lunch. Then we were charged $100 for what we already knew. The service guy told us just to use our mirrors like people use to do when they needed to back up. THIS IS A $60K CAR. WE DIDN'T PAY FOR BELLS AND WHISTLES JUST FOR THEM TO ONLY LAST 3 YEARS.
Not Impressed by Deceptive Sales Tactics - rowle1jt
Stopped in to drive a used vehicle they had on the lot. Salesmen was very quick to help and get the keys so we could drive it.
Opened the doors and it smelled like wet dog, decided to drive it anyway and found numerous issues with the vehicle. Broken door lock buttons, HVAC system that would randomly squeal not to mention that the van was still dirty in easy to access places.
We returned back to dealership very quickly, not wanting to pursue the van. We were assured that all problems would be addresses as soon the service dept opened on Monday. If they could fix all the issues would we be interested? It should have been a tip off to me when he was very pushy about taking a low ball offer to his "sales manager" dependent on all items being fixed, the vehicle cleaned better and the wet dog smell removed.
Shocker, the "Sales Manager" couldn't quite go that low... We left, with them telling us they would call us when all issues were sorted out so we could discuss it. I never heard from them again, but the sales guy did pad his numbers for the month by taking an offer to his sales manager.
In the end we found a much nicer van, with less miles, more options and newer for only a few hundred dollars more at a dealership 15 minutes west.
AWSOME people to deal with!! Thank you - nick&missy
