Shawn Mauldin, our sales representative at Tubbs Brothers, was very helpful, patient and willing to go the extra mile to work with us! Him and the staff were very friendly and took good care of us throughout the whole car buying process. We never felt pressured to make a deal until we were ready and they worked with us on getting it for the price we offered! So far we have had the van a few days and everything is going well!

Salesman Kase and sales manager Ken were dishonest, unprofessional, lacked customer service basics. Drove 1.5hrs to purchase a vehicle only to learn a literal laundry list of things wrong with the vehicle. That wasn’t the worst. Although I was purchasing the vehicle, they ignored me and spoke to my man FRIEND instead, even got his number and spoke with him concerning details of MY purchase without my permission. Then failed to follow up AT ALL with me. Do yourself a favor. Drive past them. Thank me later!!!

We stopped into service with our 2014 Ford Explorer LIMITED. Told them that the back up camera didn't work and the rear lift gate didn't work. After 5.5 hrs we stopped back in only to be told that yes. The camera and rear lift gate were in fact broken. It will be $1100 to repair. We said forget it. Then they said they couldn't find our car or the keys. We were told that we would have to wait half hr for the techs to return from lunch. Then we were charged $100 for what we already knew. The service guy told us just to use our mirrors like people use to do when they needed to back up. THIS IS A $60K CAR. WE DIDN'T PAY FOR BELLS AND WHISTLES JUST FOR THEM TO ONLY LAST 3 YEARS.

I have had to take my 2016 Escape in for service several times, twice in the first 6,000 miles for the same issue. They tried to tell me they were different issues although the error code was the same. They told me that "Chryslers break down too".
The first time I took it in I had to wait a week for an appointment when the error that came up said "service now".
The last time I took it in I made an appointment to have 3 things fixed and get an oil change. They called to tell me they were too busy to look at all my issues I would have to make a second appointment to look at the electrical issues.
Had to have the shocks replaced in the first 10,000 miles.

Not Impressed by Deceptive Sales Tactics - rowle1jt
Stopped in to drive a used vehicle they had on the lot. Salesmen was very quick to help and get the keys so we could drive it.
Opened the doors and it smelled like wet dog, decided to drive it anyway and found numerous issues with the vehicle. Broken door lock buttons, HVAC system that would randomly squeal not to mention that the van was still dirty in easy to access places.
We returned back to dealership very quickly, not wanting to pursue the van. We were assured that all problems would be addresses as soon the service dept opened on Monday. If they could fix all the issues would we be interested? It should have been a tip off to me when he was very pushy about taking a low ball offer to his "sales manager" dependent on all items being fixed, the vehicle cleaned better and the wet dog smell removed.
Shocker, the "Sales Manager" couldn't quite go that low... We left, with them telling us they would call us when all issues were sorted out so we could discuss it. I never heard from them again, but the sales guy did pad his numbers for the month by taking an offer to his sales manager.
In the end we found a much nicer van, with less miles, more options and newer for only a few hundred dollars more at a dealership 15 minutes west.
