Vehicle service at Babb Ford - tbsuperduty
Every aspect of my experience at Babb Ford met or exceeded my expectations. My F250 had a warranty emission control failure. Despite never having done any business at their dealership and I did not purchase my truck there they worked me in in a reasonable time frame. Every person I had contact was very professional and helpful.

A Great Experience Every Time I Buy a Car Here! - rfussman
We have bought our last 4 vehicles here and will continue shopping for our vehicles here, for both new and pre-owned. We also use the service department, and have always been treated fair and they do great work. I trust this dealership - both sales and service. Highly recommended!
I've always been treated like a customer and. It a number - Trev8474
This dealership will treat you right and make sure that you're taken care of. With that being said and reading other reviews I can only wonder what the entire story was....
Treat people including Salesman how you want to be treated and things will work out great.
Got the car I wanted - Cbmurch
This is the second car I have purchased from this dealership. As before everything went smoothly. They go to considerable effort to find the exact car you want. No pressure to buy something on the lot. No pressure to buy extras you don't want. Very friendly low pressure staff. A well run dealership.
Pointed out rebates that I didn't know about.
Truck purchase - Request
Worked with Carolyn on my last several trucks. She is courteous. organized, and looks out for her customers. I would recommend Vanderhyde, for your next truck purchase
New Battery and Oil Change - Happy Ford Owner
Prompt, efficient service. We were given options for testing our old battery or get a replacement. We ended up getting a new battery and the service department explained the warranty and advised us to keep the receipt on hand if needed. We have had our vehicle serviced here several times and always get great, friendly service.
Saved the day! - CYNDY AND BOB FROM GR
On a recent visit to Midland we had problems with our newly replaced wiper blades sticking. With rain in the forecast all day,we stopped at the dealership to have it checked. The service manager, Bill, took the blades off, confirmed that they were the right size and kept on investigating until he found a problem with the clip holding the blade, replaced it and sent us on our way AT NO CHARGE!
Thanks, Bill. We appreciate your service and courtesy.
Beautiful lemon - Hippie
Platinum beautiful junk that began to fall apart the moment I signed the dotted line and they stand behind nothing.... they could have tried to fix what they said was working on it when they sold it to me
Time wasting and disappointing - Melissa Schulz
We stopped into service with our 2014 Ford Explorer LIMITED. Told them that the back up camera didn't work and the rear lift gate didn't work. After 5.5 hrs we stopped back in only to be told that yes. The camera and rear lift gate were in fact broken. It will be $1100 to repair. We said forget it. Then they said they couldn't find our car or the keys. We were told that we would have to wait half hr for the techs to return from lunch. Then we were charged $100 for what we already knew. The service guy told us just to use our mirrors like people use to do when they needed to back up. THIS IS A $60K CAR. WE DIDN'T PAY FOR BELLS AND WHISTLES JUST FOR THEM TO ONLY LAST 3 YEARS.
Not Impressed by Deceptive Sales Tactics - rowle1jt
Stopped in to drive a used vehicle they had on the lot. Salesmen was very quick to help and get the keys so we could drive it.
Opened the doors and it smelled like wet dog, decided to drive it anyway and found numerous issues with the vehicle. Broken door lock buttons, HVAC system that would randomly squeal not to mention that the van was still dirty in easy to access places.
We returned back to dealership very quickly, not wanting to pursue the van. We were assured that all problems would be addresses as soon the service dept opened on Monday. If they could fix all the issues would we be interested? It should have been a tip off to me when he was very pushy about taking a low ball offer to his "sales manager" dependent on all items being fixed, the vehicle cleaned better and the wet dog smell removed.
Shocker, the "Sales Manager" couldn't quite go that low... We left, with them telling us they would call us when all issues were sorted out so we could discuss it. I never heard from them again, but the sales guy did pad his numbers for the month by taking an offer to his sales manager.
In the end we found a much nicer van, with less miles, more options and newer for only a few hundred dollars more at a dealership 15 minutes west.
vehicle over priced - mistake101
well I strongly say if you purchase a used vehicle to take creeper and check every spot on vehicle ecspecially if salesperson doesn't no about vehicle or just wants to make sale.and now I will be paying a 5 year loan on a piece of crap that was definanly over priced and yes I jumped the gun on signing but if I could return vehicle I would deffinantly trade back for the one I traded in and take time to shop at different dealership without the loan I have now of coarse but the salesperson no longer works there imagine that.
AWSOME people to deal with!! Thank you - nick&missy
