Chris is service is so helpful and always treats me and anyone I send there with the best customer service. The first time I had brought my previous vehicle before my new lease here (Colorado) in for a power steering and radio issue. He made sure I got a rental truck like I wanted and the turn around on getting it fixed was very quick! They fixed issues other dealerships couldn’t (even though they said they did or didn’t try) and I was very impressed!

Here's what's most important to me in a Cadillac service department:
1. To be treated in a respectful manner as a fellow human being and paying customer;
2. For the dealership to hold to what they say in terms of estimated cost and estimated time for repair;
3. A reasonable price (coupons ROCK!)
Each time I have been to the service center at Les Stanford Cadillac, I have received all three, so this is MY dealership. Not only will they continue to service my current vehicle, but in a year from now (once this car is paid off), I will also give their sales center an opportunity as I'm seriously thinking about being brand-loyal now!

We bought two new vehicles from Greg Bell. Sales, Service, and Repair has been done at Greg Bell, with our other vehicles, prior the Auto Centers proved less trustworthy. Work was unsatisfactory. Greg Bell is trustworthy, and gets the job done right the first time. In sales we got the best deals when purchasing new vehicles. Matt M. Mark T, and Brad in Repairs have been honest and forthright, helpful and courteous even when I ask a silly question. We had two deer hits, the repair dept. Did an excellent job, the service dept. is courteous, and gets the job done right the first time. And I found the salesman, the best. Knowledgeable, doesn't try to force a sale, works with you to get you the right vehicle at the best price-- unlike some competitors. I have no regrets ever in choosing The Bell Chev. We tried the others, we'll stick with Greg and Brad Bell.

They kept the vehicle for the time they needed to fix it so I didnt have to go back. I never felt inconvenienced as they gave me a curtisy car so I could conintue with my normal schedule. 8/8/18 update:. Wow! Crown Motors came back and went above and beyond to make things right for me. They serviced my non-working vehicle two days after I posted my review. We have had tires showing low pressure on the Terrain and have taken it in for service several times. First time it was valve 2 stems and last time a kit. So far, so good 😊 we haven't had low pressure warning lights since. Labadie is quick to schedule us in and get us back on the road again. Thanks Labadie. Now, we are just hoping for no more tire problems since the 2015 vehicle has less than 22,000 miles on it.

Steve’s European treated me with the greatest amount of respect and honesty. From the moment they answered my phone call to set up the appointment I knew they would be earning my business. Not only is my vehicle domestic but it has aftermarket parts that can make it quite difficult to work on. JD was my service advisor and he assured me that this would not be an issue. I was greeted promptly upon arrival and JD had me all checked in and ready to head out in just a few minutes. They had everything taken care of quickly and with expert care. They even went above and beyond to take pictures to show me what modifications they had made before and after. I will definitely be using their services in the future. Thank you all!

My car was brought into Cadillac of lansing in October 2017. They still have it as of this writing 2/9/18. Body shop manager was supposed to get back with me the same day we talked. That was two weeks ago. Several messages left for an update of what is going on. Called general manager, Nate, three days ago... Still no one returns my calls. Drove by couple times and my car is parked outside. They told me it would be inside since the convertible top leaks... EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER.

I am beyond frustrated right now. I took my 2016 CTS in because my check engine light came on and Autozone put it on the machine which came up with multiple codes (per the direction of service tech at Lafontaine I took to Autozone and the codes included transmission and electrical system amongst others). I took my car in and received a loaner. I had multiple other issues and since it was a lease I told the tech about all of them as well as I was due for an oil change.
I received a call that my issue with the trunk button not working was a result of a water leak in the trunk. I have now been accused of having the trunk lid worked on and they have PROOF that it was tampered with. Since I lease vehicles I NEVER take my vehicle to outside shops. I have basically been called a liar by the dealership and told that if I do not pay for the repair that they will forfeit any further warranty work. On top of that my car could continue to have electrical issues since there is a leak. Also we were given a CT6 loaner and after hitting ONE pothole the tire and rim were damaged. My CTS is now being held hostage until we pay $950 to replace loaner rim/tire. We do not have that money. I have a loaner SUV and they want it back ASAP.
The dealership states that they "are trying to work with us", yet their definition of working with us is that we pay $1210 and they do nothing.
This may very well be my last Cadillac and we have owned 4. This is the worst. My husband does not appreciate my posts since he is a GM employee, but I feel like we need to get some respect in this situation. I pay a lot of money every month to have a reliable vehicle and this Cadillac has had MULTIPLE issue and I have only had it for 1 year and less than 3 months.

Do not give these guys your business. I had to bring my car back to their service team 4 times within 10 days. These “professionals” barely fixed my sunroof, and then gave my car back with a hanging drivers side Pillar Cover & two busted clips. Also my drivers side seat belt wasn’t functional, and there were footprints all over the insides of my doors upon receiving my car back. I guess they didn't expect me to notice or something... Definitely not the experience that I’d expect from a name brand Cadillac Dealer. Zero attention to detail whatsoever.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, they completely failed to look into my reoccurring check engine light issue as I asked them to. They simply cleared/reset the code and told me there was nothing else they could do to look into it at that time..... Not even 15 minutes after getting my car back, my check engine light was back on upon pulling into my driveway.
This happened for the next 4 visits back and forth to the dealership over a week and a half span. They would tell me to come pick my car up, then I’d be bringing it right back to them the following day due to the same check engine code. 4 times!!!
This was my FIRST and ONLY experience with a Cadillac Dealership and I don’t think I will ever return to this location. I was never apologized to, or even compensated in any way for the countless trips back and forth because of their lack of attention to detail. I also took my car to them with a full tank of gas, and received my car back nearly on empty. After the experience I had, I sent an email to my service agent- and never received any response whatsoever. Worst customer service experience ever.

Terrible service all around. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. I had the worst customer service here that I ever have anywhere. Brad is terrible.
