Our family came here to get a vehicle and these guys helped us out big time! Drew, Mich, Dorrenda, and even the owner! They stayed 3 hours after they closed just to help us and make sure we got into a safe, reliable vehicle. Our family told them our story and how 2 precious car dealers sold us lemons that were way over priced and left us with no car..but not Zumbrota Ford. I only recommend going here for a vehicle because they are very compassionate about their customers and will do everything in their power to help you. Now that we got our vehicle, my husband can get to and from work safely, and our family can actually go see our other families out of state.

Recently I had my Mercedes in for 60,000 check at local Mercedes dealership. Was told I needed a brake job. I passed and arranged to take my GL450 to Pouquet in Lakeville. I purchased the vehicle from them in Golden Valley a few years ago . Dropped it off for service and used loaner car for the day.
Maggie called to tell I did not need the brakes replaced at his time. When I returned and picked up the car there was no charge and they explained the Mercedes has very good sensors that will let me know when they need replacing.
Never received any of this info from the Mercedes dealer.
I will never go anywhere else for service from now on.

I’m the midst of mourning my Wrangler, I called AC Motors asking about a new Jeep at their Bloomington location. I spoke with Mike. In spite of my sour attitude, he was easy going and kind. I had a no hassle test drive and was not pressured to buy. When I expressed interest in a more expensive model, Mike explained that spending less was the smarter choice.
When I decided to go with the purchase 48 hours later, the buying experience was positive and painless. I was offered a surprisingly high amount for my trade. The financing person was easy to work with and put me at ease. My credit is not awesome (thank you ex wife) and they found me a good rate. The entire event took less than an hour. I waited a month before writing this review to ensure the vehicle was sound. A buyer should feel good about working with AC Motors. Talk to Mike.
Not what I expected at all! - Dommer
I went in just looking to see if I could even qualify for a loan and left with a new car! Craig was amazing to work with. There was no pressure to buy anything, even the "extras" that always came up were just offered and not pushed. The whole process was super simple and no stress and took about 2 hours max from when I walked in the door to when I drive off. They even took my super old car on a trade in and gave me a reasonable offer on it!
Definitely going back for my next car purchase.

This dealer gave me a wonderful shopping experience. They suggested 2 cars for me which had the features that I requested. One of the staff drove with me and answered all my questions. I especially appreciated the fact that they informed me of the higher ground clearance of the Crosstrek and Forester which is important here in MN. They provided fast answers and work on the financing aspects also. No “car dealer shenanigans.”
Told me what I wanted to hear - worstexperienceever
I did online shopping to buy a vehicle and was told I was at $40,000 otd with 0% after confirming several times via text and phone call to my sales person, he told me "were good" I asked that means that has everything I asked. I was super surprised and ready to come in and buy the car, As other dealership told me there is NO WAY they could match it. So I drove the 2 hours to the dealer only to be told that price was with out the 0% - What other dealers told me they were doing as why I confirmed it so many times before making the drive. Unethical sales tactics, they tried to blame a common mistake or the I am new routine. I left immediately and bought the same exact model from another dealer that was honest with me from the beginning!

False advertising - Durango seller
I went to Apple Used Autos in late August 2018 to see about selling my used automobile. The banner on the side of the dealership read "WE BUY CARS FOR CASH!". I entered the dealership and was given an offer of $250 for my vehicle, (I was told that it would be sold for scrap). After a few moments of consideration, I decided to sell them my vehicle. The paperwork was drawn up, copies of my DL were made and the title was signed over. It was at this point that the salesman returned from the back and informed me that I would not be getting cash for my vehicle, but would instead be issued a check from their Apple Valley branch. He further informed me that this check would not be issued until the following day and then it would be sent via United States Postal Service, so I could expect the check in approx 3-5 days. I informed the General Manager Tim Germond that they should remove their banner advertising that they pay cash for cars. Tim responded that the banner means that they don't give store credit for cars, they give cash. I replied that is incorrect due to the fact that they don't give cash, they give checks. Manager Tim replied that a check is the same thing as cash, to which I argued was untrue. Cash is cash, a check is a check. I then exited the dealership with the reciept for my auto sale. As I was walking to the car that was picking me up, I stopped, pulled out my cell phone, and proceeded to take a photo of the banner in question. I then entered my friends car and began a conversation with him. Within moments, there was a knock on my window. I turned to see Manger Tom standing at my window motioning to roll it down. Tim then stated that he saw me take a photo of the banner, to which I replied that I did. He then said, "if you're going to come a complaint or give us a bad review, then we could call this deal of right now". I pointed to the reciept that I held in my hand of the same of my vehicle. I also informed him that I could take a photo of whatever I wanted. He again threatened to "cancel" the deal if I was going to "cause trouble" or "give them a bad review". I told Tim that our business was finished and that he needed to move on, which he did at that time. Beware of this business and the terms of their offers.
