We arrived at the dealership later in the afternoon. Only about 15 minutes until close. They got us in got my oil changed and goddess out of the Bay before 5 o'clock. There were friendly and didn't seem unhappy to be there.

Car got towed to Body Shop. Cheri and Rob were easy to work with and responsive to my requests. When the car was unexpectedly totaled and I was emotional, the caring and understanding they offered were a welcome personal touch. They offered to help me clean out the car, bring me a bottle of water etc. and they worked extra hard so I could take my shift knob with me as a keepsake. They made a very difficult experience tolerable and were reassuring that everything will work out for the best (which it has!).

I had a scheduled appointment on a Saturday for a tire rotation. Appointment was at 9:30, arrived at 9:20. I asked for an update around 10:15-10:30 and was told they just needed to do the car wash. Finally got called @ 11:15 that car was done. When I got to the car, it hadn’t been washed. No comment was made for delay. Service was very poor. I sent message with concern over wait, but I never received a response.
When I purchased my tires at Holiday I purchased the extra for rotation, but I won’t return. I will find a service facility that actually cares and values your patronage.

Poor service from the service department. Purchased 4 new tires and spent over $700. When the service person was asked if an alignment would be completed we were told absolutely. Fast forward 6 months latter and I now have to replace my front tires. Called the service department and they just put the blame on us and wouldn’t own up they sold us tires without an alignment. They only offered to mount, balance and do a free alignment if we bought 4 new tires. I wil not purchase or have my car serviced by any Lynch location again.

I bought my car in August of 2014, 3 weeks after I bought the car, they had to replaced the transmission, now 2 years later I brought the car back and told them the issues and they kept it over night and did not fix what I asked them. I took the car to a dodge dealership only to find out they have to replace a 2 year old transmission. When I called to find out the warranty on the transmission the service department (Mike) tried to argue with me about what I asked them to look at. He was rude and I am surprisingly wondering why he still has a job there. I would not have them work on a go cart. Poor service department and lack of professionalism. Do not let them work on your car!

I had my truck in for a oil change and asked if they could look at something and give me a price to do it. They said they were to busy. The time before that they Oh you need new windshield wipers.. I looked at him what ? These are brand new just put on . xxx lol. And this one but its been along time ago. I bring in for a abs hub wheel bearing sensor recall. They said oh we did that already. Im like really. Not long after I go to stop and I can't I keep rolling while going down the street. Now tell me that's not dangerous. Now this occurs every 6 years or so . and around 900 each time. So ya when you pay 30 40 grand you are gambling

I recently had my newly purchased 2014 Malibu 1LT seviced here and have to give and acknowledge good work and service when it's due. An excellent and competent service team led by Mr. Brian Davis who did great work and was very accomodating. I highly recommend these guys for servicing your GM vehicle, new or used. This team seems to be separate from the SALES part of the dealership and rightly so. In another review I describe how poor the sales department was in selling me a new car.

The service department crew is awesome! Over the years we've bought and brought all our vehicles in for service. Always thorough, always friendly and always trying to accomodate. Today was just the tops!!! I phoned with a desperate plea that we had an oil leak and I needed this vehicle for the following day. They told me to stop in and within minutes, it was up on a hoist and being worked on.

I was turned on to Joe Carinni, service adviser, by a buddy of mine that has dealt with him for years as I was having issue with two other dealers. First new vehicle I ever bought. One was Boucher in Racine whose lube tech did not tighten my oil filter and left lug nuts loose and one actually was flopping around in the hub cap. I went outside in the morning to find half a quart or more of oil on my asphalt driveway which had to be burned of and replaced. The other was Lynch. Do a search, You can read these reviews on most of the usual websites. Unfortunately most lube techs are not paid much, as most people are not besides the upper echelon, CEO"s and company owners, and that there is part of the problem.
Anyway Joe and his go to guy took care of what the other dealers could not figure out and what I told them was wrong and wanted to do nothing but argue with me and deny anything was wrong as did GM. I have a mechanical background. I encourage you to search my other reviews. Anybody can do great selling a vehicle but where it really matters is when it comes to service. Most mechanics these days are textbook only and lack common sense diagnostic skills. No computer codes listed so there are no problems it is assumed.

My review was was poor of the Customer Service and the treatment I suffered there. They did not repair my car properly and caused a major engine breakdown, than even after I had the engine replace for $3000.00 my car still died and it was towed back twice and they claimed they couldn't find anything wrong with my car. Each time I brought it back I paid a bill. The Service Manager is a liar and dishonest adn the Serve Writer Seam was extremly rude. Losers who work there and the Mechanics don't know what they are looking at. I had several 2nd opinions and they all said these problems should have been caught the first time. I ahve a dead car a week after I picked up my car and they are ignoring me and refusing to even call me back. My car is now at another shop.

I have purchased 4 vehicles from Newman Chevrolet and am leasing my most recent endeavor
to try something new. I have purchased other vehicles from other dealers in the past. This is the first dealer that I have gone to more than once. My first purchase was a new 2003 Silverado. The atmosphere and personalities of everyone was just my style. They talk to you like a person and could answer any questions I had. Even the Big Bossman will stop to say hi and shake my hand when I stop in. Some times I just stop in to say hi and see how everyone is doing. If they're not too busy, I'll even sit and chat for awhile. It's just a great,friendly atmosphere with fast service and everyone is knowledgeable. My salesman is well informed on the vehicles. So is the service desk, talking to them is just like talking to the mechanic themselves.
