I would like to take my time out and recognize Brian Spot for being the best sales person ever. He made sure I got exactly what I asked for. He wasn’t a pushy sales person and he was sure to be very knowledgeable about any car I asked about. Steve Brandofina lied to me throughout the whole sales process. He lied about incentives. He lied about the price he quoted me. But the biggest lie was when he told me I could receive a spray-in bedliner for my new truck at cost. He said retail was $620 and cost would be $490. I called the body shop and they said the retail price is $400. Sooo I asked him to explain this. After a bunch of excuses he said I could have it for $350. He next asked that I give him a good score on a satisfaction survey. I said I would answer it honestly. He then got bent out of shape and said I would not receive the loaner car I was promised while my truck was being done. The sales manager and general manager were not much better. Please Stay Far Away from Griffin Chevy.

I filled out an on-line form inquiring about a vehicle for sale asking if it was still available. I did this because we live an hour and a half away and did not want to make the trip for nothing. I got a phone call call from a person (Abraham) who supposedly should be in the know and he said Yes, the vehicle is still available and when would we like to come. I told him we would be leaving within the hour. He said to ask for Abraham or Leon when we got there. When we got there, a different salesman (James) greeted us and sort of "took over". After giving him some personal info, he went to talk to someone and when he came back he said: "Well, I have bad new and good news. The bad new is that vehicle was sold yesterday. The good news is we have some similar vehicles". Well, they didn't have any similar vehicles and I told they didn't because I already searched on-line. He halfheartedly apologized and said he would talk to his manager and Abraham - which I'll bet he never did...or never will for that matter. I would never even consider purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. They don't even deserve a one-star rating but I can't go any lower. I would give them a MINUS 5-Star rating if possible.

I was recently shopping for a particular Jeep, I initiated contact with the sales staff at the dealer and after some communications I decided to stop in and test drive the vehicle.
When it came to discussing the numbers I couldn't help to notice how inflated the numbers became. With the typical sales person - sales manager tactic, they offered way below typical trade in value for my vehicle, - which is not a huge issue, I get they want to maximize their profits. With that I asked for them to walk me through the numbers. Things the alarmed me:
1. They took the tax credit for my trade off the top line value of my vehicle.
2. They tacked on a $400 window vin etching & nitrogen tire fill. ( that was laughable, as if I was going to be tracing down car parts in the event the vehicle was stolen).
3. $1,000 vehicle prep fee! I'm a car guy, I know brakes weren't serviced, the car got a basic wash and not even a detail as I could see swirls in the paint.
The negotiations with the dealer were beyond poor, I purchased 20+ vehicles in my life and I have never encountered such a poor service. Following my visit I noticed the dealer kept on lowering the price of the vehicle, I stood by my offer. I even received a message from the sales parson saying "you snooze you loose, its sold BROTHER" all the while the price of the vehicle was again lowered.
Looks like the staff needs to brush up on general customer service and negotiations training.

Went in looking at a custom C10. Met a fantastic sales woman -Angelita. Although they did not have a C10 that we wanted, they went above and beyond to get us into a Truck we couldn't resist. Everyone from sales-mgr-finacing service and accessories dept. was A-1 in customer service.

I bought my car in August of 2014, 3 weeks after I bought the car, they had to replaced the transmission, now 2 years later I brought the car back and told them the issues and they kept it over night and did not fix what I asked them. I took the car to a dodge dealership only to find out they have to replace a 2 year old transmission. When I called to find out the warranty on the transmission the service department (Mike) tried to argue with me about what I asked them to look at. He was rude and I am surprisingly wondering why he still has a job there. I would not have them work on a go cart. Poor service department and lack of professionalism. Do not let them work on your car!

My wife and I were thinking about a bigger car. I have heard of a dealer, just 6 mi. away.that a lot of my friends have bought from. We met a salesman named Roy. He didn't seem like your ordinary salesman, so Friendly and no pressuure. We talked for awhile about what we were looking for. He showed us the exact car loaded. We drove it, in different situations. Next he showed us two more, all with different options. We were just looking today. One of them was what we wanted. I have bought over 25 vehicles in my 70yearsold. I had done my home work and knew what was a GOOD DEAL. He had been vary vary friendly. He came with an offer in the ball park.I have never bought a car when I had to. We talked and I gave a counter offer. He asked if there was anything else he could help me with. I said a hitch and a second door opener for may wife Linda. He said he would We talked some more, and instead of running back and forth asked if we wanted to talk to the owner. I have been with 2 salesmen at i time before. Martin introduced himself and still No pressure. He offered more to the deal. Still SO FRIENDLY. we talked as if we were FAMILY. Hours have passed and I was enjoying the dealing. I said I never bought a black vehicle because the show the dirt. Martin said he would give me free car wash for the rest of the yr..I knew that our last money offer was the best deal.I think we will be seeing a lot more of these two. Elmer and Linda Schutt

I stopped in to get my car serviced as I was having quite a bit of issues with my van. I met with Alan Weissman, a service advisor. He was helpful every step of the way. He answered every question that I had without getting annoyed. Alan was very patient with me and helped me from the second I drove in to me driving out. He kept me updated on the progress of repairs. Alan was very friendly, upbeat, and professional. I will be back for more routine maintenance and repairs when needed, and will definitely be scheduling all work with Alan.
The Best Customer Service I Ever Received From Any Company - Cowmaro
I am writing this review for the service department of Boucher Chevrolet and the absolute outstanding customer service and care that I received. I pulled in my car for a check engine light diagnosis and the hopes of getting the claim covered under warranty as it is certified pre-owned and I figured I will be paying $0 and have the car fixed up and ready to go. Joseph Hills was my advisor and let me know that if the issue is under warranty that he will give me a loaner for free and I can get it same day. Within a few hours I got a call letting me know that the issue was some chewed wires and that its not under warranty and what my bill would be. I was more in shock as I expected to pay nothing and I baby that car and drive it multiple times a day and for that to occur was beyond me. He let me know that even though it isn't under warranty they felt bad and wanted to help and offer a loaner for free. I happily took this and picked up the loaner of my choice while they wait for the part to be shipped in. The part came super fast and they gave me a call letting me know the damage they found and the extent that the repair would be and advised me to go through my insurance under a comprehensive claim for animal/rodent damage because they found even more wiring that was chewed and clearly result of some animal. He even took pictures before to show me the damage and to help with the insurance claim if needed and he worked directly with them on my behalf to make this process as easy as possible. I Called my insurance and filed a claim, they said okay and said they will send an adjuster out to see the repair, told my advisor and he got them to expedite their service to have the adjuster come out within 24 hours, they looked at it and got the info they needed and will more than likely cover it. Instead of me paying out of pocket my service advisor decided to have my insurance pay them directly to save me from paying out of pocket, huge relief. Insurance said itll take a few days to review and my advisor knew I wanted my car back so he got with his Service Director Matt Warpinski and allowed an exception for me to pay my deductible to them and they will release the car and wait to get paid from insurance. I was blown away at this and I picked up the car within an hour of that call and paid what they said I would have to. They took special care of the car and kept it inside during these negative 50 degree days and went the extra mile to make sure the repair was done right and tested and everything was back to normal. Even down to my do not wash request from the first interaction, he remembered and this was followed perfectly on their end. I have never in my life experienced such customer care, in any industry not just automotive, and they seriously earned my business for life. I am truly blown away by the team over there and the leaps and bounds they went through to take care of me and the respect of my money, time, and vehicles needs to treat the car as if it were worth a million dollars (which to me it is and I appreciated that). During the entire process I was updated at their finding and the description of problems and very transparent with the pricing and what to expect with the repair, the estimate of receiving my car back within a week was spot and I couldn't be happier. Truly blown away and recommend them to anyone, they will take care of you and go the extra mile, thank you again Joseph Hills and Matt Warpinski of the Service team and the technician that took care of my care, outstanding work and thank you again.
