Car got towed to Body Shop. Cheri and Rob were easy to work with and responsive to my requests. When the car was unexpectedly totaled and I was emotional, the caring and understanding they offered were a welcome personal touch. They offered to help me clean out the car, bring me a bottle of water etc. and they worked extra hard so I could take my shift knob with me as a keepsake. They made a very difficult experience tolerable and were reassuring that everything will work out for the best (which it has!).

I am very impressed this visit as to the body shop guys ( took a ding out of my driver door ) also tuched up a couple spots, then gave me a bottle of touch up paint. Next the detail guys did great, also. Last of all, the service guys set me up right for winter, no need to tell them what all to do. Why you may wonder, because I have the best salesman in the store ( KEN. ) This man knows everything that needs done and relays the info to the service dept. while I just stand by and watch. That's the action I recieve. Thanks, Lynch team, you guys scored another one, in my book.

Poor service from the service department. Purchased 4 new tires and spent over $700. When the service person was asked if an alignment would be completed we were told absolutely. Fast forward 6 months latter and I now have to replace my front tires. Called the service department and they just put the blame on us and wouldn’t own up they sold us tires without an alignment. They only offered to mount, balance and do a free alignment if we bought 4 new tires. I wil not purchase or have my car serviced by any Lynch location again.

I bought my car in August of 2014, 3 weeks after I bought the car, they had to replaced the transmission, now 2 years later I brought the car back and told them the issues and they kept it over night and did not fix what I asked them. I took the car to a dodge dealership only to find out they have to replace a 2 year old transmission. When I called to find out the warranty on the transmission the service department (Mike) tried to argue with me about what I asked them to look at. He was rude and I am surprisingly wondering why he still has a job there. I would not have them work on a go cart. Poor service department and lack of professionalism. Do not let them work on your car!

I just had the worst experience at a dealership. These people told me they would diagnose my car for free only to have it repaired by them. So I could not take my car anywhere else that would be a lot cheaper. I walked out and took my car. I've filed complaints against them. This looks like blackmail. Do not go to this dealership.Flag Chevrolet is a crooked dealer.

I had my truck in for a oil change and asked if they could look at something and give me a price to do it. They said they were to busy. The time before that they Oh you need new windshield wipers.. I looked at him what ? These are brand new just put on . xxx lol. And this one but its been along time ago. I bring in for a abs hub wheel bearing sensor recall. They said oh we did that already. Im like really. Not long after I go to stop and I can't I keep rolling while going down the street. Now tell me that's not dangerous. Now this occurs every 6 years or so . and around 900 each time. So ya when you pay 30 40 grand you are gambling

Well it started with the oil change on my 2015 Silverado. The oil was overfilled as well as the door paint chipped where it smacked into the lift and no one told me about. There is record at the dealership of the mistake. I made them flatbed it In. As running an engine over capacity can damage seals etc. So that made me lose faith in the truck as well as the dealership. So I decided to give another chance being the forgiving person that I am.
I then purchased a 2007 impala Ltz from them and the owner Matt boditch was such a tight wad he was willing to lose a deal over $100. This is after they screwed my truck up mind you...I caved and bought the car ,that ended up having an oil leak,which they fixed. However their several point check they say they did,well...obviously they didn't. So some time passed and back in October2017 I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation on my Silverado. They did fine on the oil change, the rotation. Not so well. I got a half mile down the road to feel nothing but vibration. So I kept going and at 45 mph my rear tire fell off ! That's right ,fell off! I called the Dealership I specifically asked to talk to the owner Matt boditch And he came out to the scene. So after a few choice words and exchange for a different truck, so I could use it to assist in my move I drove away. It took them about a week and over $2000 to fix it now mind you this was a 25 year mechanic that made this mistake that could have hurt me or someone else very badly. Now as you can imagine I definitely did not have any faith in the dealership or my truck. I consulted an attorney to see what my options were I was not looking for any major royalties other than a great trade in value and Cost on a new truck. As soon as I told him I consulted an attorney he did not want to talk to me. I told him I only consulted an attorney not hired one. He then asked me what I wanted. I told him a great trade in value and a new truck at cost. Then he went around in circles telling me that he had no room to move on a new one and I think at that point all he really cared about was the dollars. Not the fact that he could have seriously hurt me or someone else or at the very least just to satisfy me as a customer as I live 3 minutes away from the dealership. So after the disgust of him not wanting to satisfy me. I decided to trade in the truck and get a brand new one from a different dealership. And since then I have heard some bad stories about the same mechanic. Not tire falling off bad but poor inspection/repair bad. Bottom line,he is a self-centered man that has no desire to satisfy a customer under no circumstance. But it makes sense, he didnt build the dealership,he Inherited it from his deceased father, R.I.P.

I recently had my newly purchased 2014 Malibu 1LT seviced here and have to give and acknowledge good work and service when it's due. An excellent and competent service team led by Mr. Brian Davis who did great work and was very accomodating. I highly recommend these guys for servicing your GM vehicle, new or used. This team seems to be separate from the SALES part of the dealership and rightly so. In another review I describe how poor the sales department was in selling me a new car.
