This dealership feels very open and full of people there to take care of you. This is my second purchase from them and the experience was the same high satisfaction both times. Charlie has really spent the time to know both my wife and I and always give us as much time and information as we need for us to find the best choice for us. They help us find a solution for the why we came not just try and sell us something. Charlie orchestrates the whole team at the dealership so all we have to do is sit back and choose the best options. Thank you Charlie and the team there for the great service.

With Genesis routine maintenance is covered. Every time I try to schedule service I never get a person and I need to leave a voicemail. It has been my experience that I may get a call a day or two later only to be informed that I need to wait 3 weeks for an oil change scheduled maintenance. I’ve even tried to schedule with Genesis connected services but they get the same experience with this dealership.
They are my only choice in this area.
Service is always completed to my satisfaction and when promised. Valet service is excellent. My only complaint is scheduling. I need to do it before I am notified by Genesis otherwise I am over the designated schedule for maintenance.

I'm trying to find all of the places to leave a good review of this dealership. I've honestly never had such a good experience and I can't imagine I'll be going elsewhere in the future. There were no high pressure tactics and they were more than willing to work with me every step of the way. Seriously can't recommend this dealership enough. Even if you're not set on buying anything, check them out. They will work with you every step of the way.
