I had changed dealerships, as I had not found this dealership to meet my service needs.
I am now back to BMW Milwaukee North. This is the best service experience ever.
I received info on safety recall from BMW USA, but this dealership followed up with me, also. So I decided to give this service department another chance.
Easy to schedule a service date, with loaner. Very knowledgeable service rep, Mike, kept me informed and explained what was done to my car. An additional issue with my car was checked and fixed at a fair price.
The staff that dealt with the loaner car were very pleasant and helpful. The checkout staff were courteous and thorough.
Overall, the best experience of BMW service I have had - at any dealership.

Had my BMW towed to IA for service due to overheating (late night). I had to call the next day (mid morning) to confirm they had my keys and would talk to me about the issue. Told it may not be looked at due to customer volume that day and there were no loaners available - OK.
Had to call back toward end of business day to determine the cost. Was told the estimate for the repair to the cooling system. Also told I needed Brakes and Tires. I did not ask to have the brakes and tires checked. It was a courtesy service - I get that. I approved the repair to the cooling system. On Monday I had to call again to determine the status - no return calls all day. Received a text at 3pm saying car was completed. I had to call again to see if they were open late for pickup. Talked to receptionist who assisted.
When I received my invoice it stated my car was unsafe to drive due to customer declining all the additional work quoted. This was on my invoice for the work completed. Why?
The courtesy service is just that. An opinion should not be typed on my invoice for the work completed? This is just arrogant and wrong, considering the service person, didn't even call me!
Will not return - very poor service and NO communication.

I WENT THERE TO GET A VEHICLE EMISSION TEST FOR MY CAR, THE SERVICE LADY WAS VERY RUDE,SHORT IN HER WORDS AND NOT VERY FRIENDLY AT ALL. SHE ACTED LIKE I WAS A BOTHER TO HER. I NEVER SEEN SUCH RUDENESS BEFORE. IF LYNCH DOES NOT WANT PEOPLE TO COME THERE AND GET THERE VEHICLE TESTED FOR EMISSIONS, I SUGGEST THEM NOT TO DO THIS LIKE OF SERVICE, BUT OF COURSE THEY DO GET PAID FROM THE GOVERNMENT TO DO THIS KIND OF SERVICE. THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR!!!!!!
