I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle and Osama and David made the experience painless. I had visited the dealership in October 2020 to inquire the possibility of purchasing a 2021 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro. I visiting the dealer knowing there would likely be a significant waiting period as I knew these vehicles were very demanded with very limited supply.
After discussions possibilities with Osama, I signed a purchase agreement and started the wait for my new vehicle. Osama and David both did an outstanding job of keeping me informed as to the status of my order and would take the the time to discuss delays as they occurred.
At long last, I received a call from David in January 2021 informing me that my vehicle had completed production and had arrived in the U.S. Even with a few weather related delays transporting the vehicle to the dealer, Osama would keep me updated with the most recent information made available from Toyota. This was incredibly helpful as it helped me plan for when I should expect delivery to occur.
Finally, Osama contacted me and let me know we could schedule delivery. He provided me several items to complete in advance of arriving at the dealership and delivery was scheduled!
I arrived at the dealer on delivery day and there was the vehicle - it looked amazing. Perfectly clean and ready for me to drive home! Because Osama had provided me many tasks to complete prior to delivery, what is normally a long process (financing, title & licensing, paperwork, etc.) was reduced to a two hour process. I arrived at the dealership at 4:30 PM and by 6:30 PM, I was already driving my new 4Runner home.
What could have been a very confusing and frustrating process was made easy and straightforward because of all the extra effort put forth by Osama and David.
I’ve never had the opportunity to purchase the exact vehicle I wanted and this experience made that process a true pleasure. Osama and David are outstanding and while I don’t plan to replace my vehicle anytime in the future, I would be happy to work with them in the future and will certainly recommend Wilde and Osama & David to any of my friends and family that are in the market for a Toyota.

Don Jacobs replied to a negative rating I wrote referring to the cost and extra work I thought done to my Corolla.on Feb. 23rd. Based on the length of time I have done business (at least 20 years) with the dealership, the service manager replied and offered an ethical compensation.
