Had a visit with my girlfriend. With us being first time car buyers we wanted to have a look at cars and talk before we confidently could consider some. Aaron approched us with a very friendly warm hearted welcome and asked a few questions before he let us continue veiwing on our own. Overall very professional and wanted to relate to us and our lifestyle. He was very informative on things that we didn't know about. Provided water and a soda to us and really made us feel comfortable and wanting to buy. Not being able to drive the car, he still took us for a drive, with himself as the driver of course and brought us to a location just out of his own generosity. We will be returning to get a sale finalized with Arron.

I would like to take my time out and recognize Brian Spot for being the best sales person ever. He made sure I got exactly what I asked for. He wasn’t a pushy sales person and he was sure to be very knowledgeable about any car I asked about. This dealership in general was a great experience, everyone was extremely friendly and had great customer service. Even thought it’s 45mins away, that won’t stop me from going out there to handle business with them. They were awesome, I definitely recommend them to anyone!!!

We returned last week to purchase our 2nd Cadillac from Boucher Waukesha. We traveled from Madison (again) to buy here, as we feel the dealership is far superior over our local Cadillac dealership.
The staff are more down to earth and less "sales-man-y", which is very important to us when we are purchasing anything.
We have had nothing but great experiences with Jim Z., our super-salesman, and also the other staff. We feel welcomed always when we stop in and we will be back in the future for our 4th Cadillac.
We will not shop anywhere else, and we will only stop in when Jim Z. is working! =) (everyone else is fine, but when you find your sales person, you find your sales person!)

I bought my car in August of 2014, 3 weeks after I bought the car, they had to replaced the transmission, now 2 years later I brought the car back and told them the issues and they kept it over night and did not fix what I asked them. I took the car to a dodge dealership only to find out they have to replace a 2 year old transmission. When I called to find out the warranty on the transmission the service department (Mike) tried to argue with me about what I asked them to look at. He was rude and I am surprisingly wondering why he still has a job there. I would not have them work on a go cart. Poor service department and lack of professionalism. Do not let them work on your car!

I was very interested in a 2015 Cadillac Escalade they had listed. I called on Friday and talked to there screener a female that does not know to much about cars. She told me all the salesman were busy and the car was being shown. I said fine, I would call and see if it was sold. I called the next day Saturday and ended up with the same women. She told me that the car was put up for auction.
Really a bad way to business. I will buy one, but not from there. I would think it stands that they would make more on a retail sale of an Escalade vs selling at auction.
