The service and front desk area staff are very polite and friendly. However, my issue is going that one step further to not seem difficult to the customer. Ex: factory battery died after 2 years. Problem possibly?! Run test to see if there is an electrical issue. $200 to plug in the battery to see if there is another issue. I get my service done there- I’m a repeat customer. I paid $400+ to change a battery essentially. It won’t happen again!
