My regulars service rep was off but he set me up with Jordan. He took great care of me. I’m a senior citizen on a fixed income. The headlamp was expensive but he got one from Auto Zone that saved me a lot then found me a coupon online for another discount. Great service

I the middle of a 5000 mile trip, We stopped for diesel in tiny Abbotsford WI and I accidentally put gas in our 2007 Silverado diesel. When AAA was no help, I was directed (by another shop) to Wheelers Chevrolet. The service writer, Brian, showed up with a mechanic, Paul and towed my truck to the dealership. With the owner's Suburban! They immediately drained my fuel tank, added new diesel fuel, changed my fuel and air filters, and got me on the road in less than 3 hours. While waiting, the owner, Mary Jo offered us a vehicle and told us about a great cheese and ice cream shop right down the street. This was the best vehicle repair experience I have ever had. God bless them all, and their business.

I brought my car in for an oil change.
Jessica informed me of broken springs, and went the extra mile to give me an estimate on them!
While in the break room, I talked to Chris L.-----what a friendly salesman.
I brought the car back for new springs to be installed.
At this time I dealt with Greg who is the Service Manager.
I must not forget about Darren, who installed them.
Greg did ask him to show me the broken ones.
It was very thoughtful of him to take the time to do this!
This was a very good experience with Jessica, Greg and Darren-----and Chris!
Great Dealership & Service Department - Love my Trax
Staff is so friendly and courteous. They treat you as some one special. They always take time to answer any questions you may have. They even take you out to your car and explain in detail what you are asking about. Never have had any problems with them. I am a first time Chevy buyer and love my Trax.

Had new tires put on and had one stripped stud and they charged 142.50 to replace it. That was after I bought a new truck and used car the same day from there. Thought they would treat locals with a bit of respect.

If anyone needs an HONEST and AWESOME GM service shop, it's worth the trip to Don Johnson Motors in Rice Lake, WI! Trust me, I will drive there 1.5 hours one way AGAIN when I need my car repaired

Very weak warrenty. Looks better on tv than what the dealer owners actually stand by.
Inconsistent mechanic inspections and or shady work.
Have not had any positive experience at all after the initial purchase of our vehicle.
Since they dont stand by the warrenty why would i ever want to go back if they couldn't fix the problems the first time.
However there are several other repair shops or car dealers in the town of Hayward that do put the customer first. That my personal opinion.
I Don't forsee this dealer being around with a good reputation for much longer.
Im giving a negative response based on several negative experiences.
