Tire rotation took 2 hours. - DJ
I had a scheduled appointment on a Saturday for a tire rotation. Appointment was at 9:30, arrived at 9:20. I asked for an update around 10:15-10:30 and was told they just needed to do the car wash. Finally got called @ 11:15 that car was done. When I got to the car, it hadn’t been washed. No comment was made for delay. Service was very poor. I sent message with concern over wait, but I never received a response.
When I purchased my tires at Holiday I purchased the extra for rotation, but I won’t return. I will find a service facility that actually cares and values your patronage.
WOULD NEVER BUY A VEHICLE HERE AGAIN - GOING BACK TO "FORD"
The entire transaction was unprofessional, to say the least. The sale was rushed. The vehicle was prepped very hastily. We found several items broken or missing on the vehicle when we went through it thoroughly at home, and rather than even contact the salesperson, who was very crude, we had them repaired. We took our Traverse in for an oil change at Bergstrom (only because it was free), and apparently the mechanic never reset the sensor that alerts you to change your oil. Fortunately, we realized we were going too long and not being notified. We would NEVER buy a vehicle from Bergstrom again. We actually have another free oil change coming, but I will not take a chance of going back to Bergstrom for service. Not worth ruining the vehicle.
Damaged my vehicle - Vet1
Damaged the leather interior while making a repair- never said a word to me . I saw it after I pulled out . The following day I found more damage. Thankfully I took a bunch of pictures of the car’ interior. I needed them to get the damage covered. I thought we would try to support our local shop rather than go to Milwaukee - this was a poor choice on my part. Then the service tech with two other co workers sat at the desk talk g about us and looking at us right in front of us. DO NOT use Bob Fish unless you want a terrible experience!
4x4 truck - John g
I bought a used truck here and right away it needed what i thought was an alignment( which I had to pay for myself) turned out to be a partially seized steering shaft, they would not help me out claiming I did not purchase the warranty. The bill was $ 597.00, which another deal helped cover part of the cost, I had the truck less than a month and put fewer than 2000 miles on it , and was afraid to drive it not knowing what was wrong with it. Now there is some GOD AWFUL noise coming from the front end when I turn the steering wheel. sounds like axle joint??? I am pretty freaked out right now knowing I am stuck with this truck for the next 6 years unless I want to take a huge hit on another trade in. Soon after I had the truck I noticed lots of tiny chips all over the vehicles windshield, numerous chips in the paint, and what looks like previous hail damage on the roof, The horn doesn't work, the head lights aren't aimed right, The valve covers leak oil, not to mention after checking the oil ( because the engine was ticking) second week I owed it I was shocked to find there was about a half an inch of oil on the stick, I added 3 quarts of oil and THANK GOD it seems to be OK now. I would like to mention that the woman I dealt with said she was going to call me back to see if they could help me out with my alignment after talking to her TWICE and FINALLY did a week later, The whole time the truck sat, and only got driven when absolutely necessary( so much for the fun and joy of a new purchase. I payed $21,000 for the truck total with the loan, The most I have ever spent on a vehicle, this has been BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN EVERY WAY, It has cost me money missed work, constant worrying and the reason I am writing this review at 4 am,,,, SLEEPLESS NIGHTS, and I all ready know there are going to be a lot more of them!!!

The service department crew is awesome! Over the years we've bought and brought all our vehicles in for service. Always thorough, always friendly and always trying to accomodate. Today was just the tops!!! I phoned with a desperate plea that we had an oil leak and I needed this vehicle for the following day. They told me to stop in and within minutes, it was up on a hoist and being worked on.
