Service bulletin repair - Ford Fella
Todd Rutherford went up and beyond knowing my 2014 F350 diesel is one of our work trucks. He understood the situation and got my truck repaired in a very timely manner. I give Todd 5 stars. On the other hand Jes at the service counter was unwilling to help and was quite rude with me on the phone. I give Jes 0 stars. If you have to do any service at this dealership I highly recommend talking with Todd.

After having had a bad experience with a leased Ford Fusion (poor road handling, failure to be able to get headlights adjusted over two years after repeated requests), a visit to the showroom during routine maintenance and a chance encounter with Ruth Chase led to finally finding an alternative that worked for both parties. She found an Edge and an early buyout program so I could lease what turns out to be my fourth Edge from this dealership.
I only stayed with Brookdale Superior because if the competant efforts of Ruth Chase. Ruth is informed, tenacious and thoroughly customer focused.

I purchased tires at Inver Grove Ford over a year ago. I recently went in for a flat tire and they took care of it at no charge and said how much they appreciated that I came in. We also have had our oil changed on our cars and it is always fast, polite and HONEST. They never try to oversell and have actually recommended that items we thought we needed were not necessary. Very professional!
AVOID! - Ex Ford Buyer
Terrible customer service! As one who received a recall notice regarding the defective Tamaka air bags, I phoned this Ford dealer to make an appointment to have the air bag replaced and to see if they had the parts on hand or if they'd have to be ordered. The receptionist who answered (Kristy) transferred my call to the service department. I informed the technician who answered why I was calling and he asked for my VIN, which I gave. I was put on hold while he checked whether they had the parts or not. Then I was disconnected. I called back and was transferred to the service dept. again and the phone rang and rang. No one ever answered. I tried yet again and after 12 rings, still received no answered. I called a third time and told Kristy I wanted to speak to a manager or someone who might actually answer the phone. She said, "well, a manager would be even harder to reach and all I can do is continue transferring you to service." (Oh really? I find that highly doubtful.) I told her that If I was disconnected the first time and then no one answered the other two times I called back, why would I want to keep doing the same thing again and again? She had no answer. I'll go elsewhere from now on, including the next time I purchase a car.

I purchased a used Suburban on 11/11/2016. The same night I bought it, the check engine light came on. The salesman, Joshua, told me before I purchased the vehicle that a transmission code was "cleared out" do to a prior repair from 2012. When I spoke to Joshua on the same night he assured me it was due to the gas cap not being on tight. It never went out and Wolf said they would see what the problem was. They gave me a diagnosis of transmission failure. After filing a complaint with the Attorney General and BBB, they offered to replace the transmission with a used one and pay for only part of the cost. They quoted me almost double what another shop would charge for the same work. Therefore, with little to no loss for them. I purchased this vehicle for my wife to drive around our 5 children in and was assured it was thoroughly checked out before I made the purchase. Instead of taking care of me, the dealership continuously used the word "AS IS' as to why they wouldn't do the right thing and fix the problem. I realize used cars are not perfect, but they knowingly sold me a vehicle that was throwing an error code and cleared it out before selling it. This dealer is only worried about their bottom line.

I bought my Ford Fusion used from St. Boni Ford and Doug was great! He made the process very smooth and I feel like I got a great deal on the car. Furthermore, Doug and his employees have been awesome when I have returned to service my Ford for oil changes and other maintenance. Quotes/Prices are honest and fair, they do great work and take the time to make you feel like a valued customer. I even received a courtesy call from Doug the owner himself a few days after getting new tires and some other work done just to make sure I was satisfied and happy with all the work. Can't say enough good things about this place - it's hard to find good, honest mechanics and car sales people but they nail it! If you are in the west metro area I strongly recommend St. Boni Ford!!
