This was truly a top notch experience, Tony gave me an est, dealt with my insurance with no hassle., he set up a rental car for me and had my veh finished on time, it took 2 day's when other body shops said plan for 2 weeks. he even noticed a light scratch that wasn't related or anywhere near the damage and took care of it, wow outstanding

We had a very positive experience today buying a used Equinox at Lupient. Kyler was very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and happy to answer the myriad of questions we had. He was very efficient processing all of the paperwork needed and he even told us he would help us with any questions/ problems we might have once we left the dealership. We recommend him to anyone looking for a car at Lupient.
Terrible service and no returned phone calls - Ron L
it took him two months to repair the new truck damaged and nobody followed up with me or return my calls. The orders never got placed multiple times for the damaged parts. I had to beg for service(multiple calls and visits since my calls were never returned). When I spoke to manager he stated the service manager would be out to speak with me, well to no surprise that didn't happen. It seems to me that the gm does not care about customer service as he never followed back up with me. The best part of this is I posted a poor review at another site and got a generic response to get a hold of them to correct the issue, really? I think they need to follow up with me. I need to see some effort and customer service at this point.

We have been shopping for a long time for the right truck. We were so excited when we thought we found it. We drove it and everything was great. However it is used and we wanted to take it to our mechanic before we "bought" it. They gave us such a run around and were so rude. They told me at firxt that it was no problem, then after he talked to his "manager" I needed to fill out a credit app (even though I had told him I wasnt interested in that since I was already approved through my credit union and was happy). He never knew what he needed but insisted this was their POLICY. I would have had no problem signing a loaner agreement and even leaving them with a check but they could never decide what the POLICY was. I felt like we were treated as 2nd rate even though we were going to buy a 27000 vehicle! He just kept saying "well look where we are located" (implying it was a bad neighborhood).Lets just say it ended with him telling me I "Wasted his time". This place is SHADY... BEWARE!!
