Service bulletin repair - Ford Fella
Todd Rutherford went up and beyond knowing my 2014 F350 diesel is one of our work trucks. He understood the situation and got my truck repaired in a very timely manner. I give Todd 5 stars. On the other hand Jes at the service counter was unwilling to help and was quite rude with me on the phone. I give Jes 0 stars. If you have to do any service at this dealership I highly recommend talking with Todd.

Awesome - bradley.branch
I pretty much knew what I wanted, so more time was available to go over options and how they worked. The Escape is an Awesome vehicle in itself, I don't require leather seats or sunroof, putting me in Titanium area. Technology and included from factory, has come a LONG way from my first car.

New Tires - truckgirl
I was in need of new tires for my truck and I asked Issac to suggest what tires I should get. They had them in stock and scheduled me in that day. I just love the new tires and the ride! The price was reasonable and the service was awesome as always!
Love my Shakopee Ford Team!

I deal with are always friendly. Will be back in 5000 miles
Honest - Happy customer
Sara was so helpful and honest...did not qualify for a vehicle at this time but when I'm ready to buy I'm definitely going to her again.
New F150 - toon23
Out of three dealerships I visited, Morrie’s was the most attentive to what I wanted and provided the best experience. See Cain, he did a fine job.
New Lincoln Purchase - Spo
Excellent experience, great price on new purchase and trade value. Derek Smith and Jake Hanson were exceptional, these two made the buying process seamless, both are all-stars!
Honest service - Tim O
I purchased tires at Inver Grove Ford over a year ago. I recently went in for a flat tire and they took care of it at no charge and said how much they appreciated that I came in. We also have had our oil changed on our cars and it is always fast, polite and HONEST. They never try to oversell and have actually recommended that items we thought we needed were not necessary. Very professional!
AVOID! - Ex Ford Buyer
Terrible customer service! As one who received a recall notice regarding the defective Tamaka air bags, I phoned this Ford dealer to make an appointment to have the air bag replaced and to see if they had the parts on hand or if they'd have to be ordered. The receptionist who answered (Kristy) transferred my call to the service department. I informed the technician who answered why I was calling and he asked for my VIN, which I gave. I was put on hold while he checked whether they had the parts or not. Then I was disconnected. I called back and was transferred to the service dept. again and the phone rang and rang. No one ever answered. I tried yet again and after 12 rings, still received no answered. I called a third time and told Kristy I wanted to speak to a manager or someone who might actually answer the phone. She said, "well, a manager would be even harder to reach and all I can do is continue transferring you to service." (Oh really? I find that highly doubtful.) I told her that If I was disconnected the first time and then no one answered the other two times I called back, why would I want to keep doing the same thing again and again? She had no answer. I'll go elsewhere from now on, including the next time I purchase a car.
recall issues - jamartin
to be fair I probably would not recommend any ford dealership. having said that here's my issue. I am a lifelong ford truck owner. ( my first a 1965 f100 4x4). I leased a 2016 f 150 from this dealer a year and a half ago. last winter I had door latching problems.(doors wouldn't stay latched). it was serviced to the best of the dealers ability. this winter the same thing is happening. this is a very unsafe situation. (the doors can come open while driving). I have 2 major issues. I was told they could not do the warranty/recall work for 2 weeks. this leaves me driving an unsafe vehicle till then. also, did the dealership know about this huge issue when they sold me this vehicle. ford has known about this for 2 years. there is pending lawsuits on this issue in certain states I have read. in the meantime I am left with a 4x4 pickup that is unsafe to drive in the cold weather because of door latch issues. I was going to buy this vehicle at lease end but not now. these 2015-2017 f150's will depreciate in value faster than other vehicles and I don't think a splash guard inside the doors is nothing more than a band-aid at best.
Very VERY poor dealership - Tylor.K
After buying a 2017 Ford Explorer with 3,000 miles on it, from this dealer in early August. The vehicle now has 12,500 miles on it and we are having issues with the vehicle already. We have brought it in 3 times for the same issue and they keep giving it back saying they fixed it but as soon as we leave the shop, the issue comes back. We will be bringing it back for the 4th time today after work. Stay away from this dealer. Their customer service is below average and their service center is the worst in the area.
One of the best ever... - tomandpeej
James Rude found me the perfect car at the price I was looking for. I could not be happier. The entire team including finance was best service ever!!!!!!! If you are looking for a car I think you should call Saxon Ford.
