I have purchased over 45 used cars in my life and many a dealership, these people are great.
They helped me make a purchase and later called and confirmed everything was going good.
The car I purchased was. A Convertible and Jim told me first thing that the trunk seemed to be getting wet during a hard rain. The trunk was bone dry the day I tried out the car. He was honest with me and I liked that. I did purchase the car and found that the two drain holes for the top were plugged with leaves. They are hard to get too so thank god for the Internet, Cleaned and doesn't leak at all.
I will purchase from them again for sure.

Perfect 10 is family owned and operated. The father and son are very forthcoming and honest. The son handles most of the financing and the father does a lot of the car buying. They have a wide selection of vehicles from Chevys to Porsches and they didn't pressure us into buying anything. They chatted with us like we were friends of theirs. The finance process was super easy and we were in and out of there in less than 2 hours. We drove a few vehicles and they even allowed us to have them inspected pre purchase. There is an on-site mechanic that really knows his stuff. We were offered extended warranty (a few options) and gap insurance. The son explained everything very thoroughly and didn't try and get anything past us. I would recommend giving these guys a shot, especially if you're worried about shady car guys because this place doesn't have that.

Without an ounce of hesitation and the utmost confidence I give Footh Auto Sales my highest recommendation. Over my lifetime I have purchased over 15 motor vehicles from an array of car dealerships. Footh Auto Sales certainly does not have the most state of the art facilities compared to franchise dealerships; however their classic customer service and blunt honesty gives them the rare charm not often found in the automotive industry. I purchased a 2 year old vehicle and was immediately provided with a summary of maintenance records and a detailed history report. At one point in the transaction the owner Ben Footh even stated that he would have no issues with me bringing the vehicle to my personal mechanic for a secondary inspection. I waited 6 months to post this review only because I felt it necessary to get a good feel for the vehicle and process the information I gathered during my experience. Just as I expected the vehicle has been operating flawlessly and Footh Auto Sales remains among the top car dealerships that I have ever purchased from.

I was looking for a 2016 or 2017 F-150 Ford Super Crew Cab truck with low miles for about 6 months. It seems I could never find what I wanted or at the dealers they prefer to sell you what they had on their lot. One day several months back I ran across a truck listed on Craigslist by PSI Cars in Eden Prairie. That truck was not what I was looking for however I started checking out their website and watching their inventory listings. At the same time I was doing my research on how creditable PSI Cars is. Everything turned out to be very positive so I continued watching their website weekly. During that period of time I realized how many vehicles they sell due to how short of time they were listed. Right before Christmas on their website was the truck I’ve been looking for so I reached out to them and started working with Ben Christensen. Due to the Holidays it took me a little longer to pull my financing together and Ben was fantastic to work with. He was so accommodating to my schedule and what really stood out to me was when I test-drove the truck. He let me take the truck with out having to ride along with me during the test drive, which made me feel more comfortable to really evaluate the vehicle the way I wanted to. Most other dealerships the sales person will ride along with you and constantly put the sales pitch on you during the test drive. I was sold at that point. In the end I received more bang for my buck with options on the truck over the other major dealers. Do your self a favor if your looking for a vehicle, reach out to Ben and give PSI Cars a serious evaluation. I know from my current experience that you will not be sorry and Ben will take fantastic care of you. What are you waiting for you owe it to yourself.

They say they check every vehicle over thoroughly
They only go by the Car Facts sheet which doesn't have everything on it. The car we bought was in an accident and back hatch was crooked. They didn't mention any of it and I had to argue with them to believe it was true They did fix it after much insistence. While it was an older car, we had it less than 3 months when the catalytic converters went bad, plus several other things
After this all happened I heard from a few others about how awful some vehicles were and that they walked out
Will NEVER recommend this place.

I purchased a Ford Fiesta here in April, 2017. I had an extensive conversation with the used car salesman about the condition of the vehicle as it was for my disabled daughter. He said the car was In great condition and showed me a Carfax report with only a few minor things on it. I bought the car and within a few months was having transmission problems. I took it to a Ford dealer and was told this car had a history of transmission problems. It already had been serviced three previous times with an average cost of $2,000 per time. it is my opinion that they knew about these problems. The Walser network certainly could get aceesss to service records. I will never shop at a Walser dealer again.

Lesson Learned - onewhistle
I purchase a car at this dealer about 6 months ago. It came with a dealer inspection that indicated no drive ability issues. After buying the car I found the clutch was worn out and shifting got very difficult. I also found the transmission needed new Scyros at the total cost of repairs at about $4,000. The inspection report also stated the brakes were in the upper end of thickness. When I brought the car to the dealer for the 80K maint. They informed me that the brake pads and rotors were worn out and needed to be replaced at the cost of $480. I mentioned this to Mid-West Auto and they did reimburse me for about $250. Again the inspection report stated the brakes were in the good range. I would not buy from this dealer again because there is very little recourse if you have an issue. If this was a name brand dealer there would have had some sort of short term warrantee where these items would have been covered. Lesson learned is never buy used car without getting an independent inspection on the car before you sign the dotted line.

I purschaed a 2006 Subaru wrx Sti, Chris at the time i was inspecting the car was helpful and now that i look back, he tells you everything you want to hear. He gave me a list of things that had been serviced on the car inculding the most important which was a new performance clutch.
They had a shop install it and he quoted he drive it for 500 miles with it installed. I purchased the car and within less than me putting 200 miles on the car. On the fourth day of owning this car, it would make a terrible grinding sound. I brought it to a very reputable shop and the took the starter out and sure to find out that the flywheel teeth are all chewed up and now needs to be replaced. The shop quoted me to fix it and it would be roughly $1,100. I called Chris and asked if we could working something out. Because there should be no reason i should have this issue on the 4th day. Chris responds to me “it’s a used car” “that kind of stuff happens” and i explained that the shop he had install the clutch did not put everything back correctly or the bolts were not torqued to factory spec. I received nothing but a attitude, and basically telling me suck it up it’s your problem. DO NOT come to 411Carline they are dishonest, and just try to hide mechanical problems from you. Since I’ve bought the car i have found out 4 issues the car has after i had test drive and purchased. I don’t want anyone else to be scammed and taken advantage of. If i could give a 0 rating i would give them a negative number. I’m very disappointed in 411Carkine and hope they clean their act up.

The owners wife isn't too inviting, she has the nerve to be rude when answering the phone i called and asked a question she ignored my question like she didnt hear what i said. She looked at my family like we stole somthing from her first time meeting her. Car stopped working first week of having the car so you would think she would at least be kind being that ill just give them a horrible review. I can tell when somones racist and she definitely has problems

***GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE*** They LOW-BALLED us on our trade in. We weren't sure what it was worth (our fault) We were a 2nd time buyer here and they claimed they would take good care of us because of this. A week later they listed our trade in for $5000.00 more than they gave us for it. They didn't lower the price on the car we bought. They said they paid fair market value for all trade ins. Later I found out that this was rough trade in price. $10,400.00. that we received. Clean trade in price was $2500.00 more than we received and they sold it as a low mileage Ranger in great shape. This classy truck is flawless with deep blue color. for $15,489.00. This was the clean retail price. Does this sound like they took good care of us like the salesman said 3 times they were going to do??? Is this how you wanted to be taken care of? He also told us at least 2 times to give them a good review like I did last time. Is this how you want to be treated??? I guess these people never learned to treat people as they would want to be treated. They also never learned - don't bite the hand that feeds you. Fair market value would have knocked at least $2500.00 off the car we traded for. Again, do you want to do business with a dealer who treats you like this? By LOW-BALLING us on our trade in (our fault for not knowing exactly what our trade in was worth) we just want other people to go somewhere else-anywhere else to buy because life is too short to be dealing with these likes. TREAT OTHERS AS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED. THIS KIND OF BUSINESS PRACTICES GETS YOU BAD REVIEWS and for a small business you would think they would know better that to bite the hand that feeds them. Is this how you want to be treated???
